One vitamin A product at a time is sufficient, otherwise there is a risk of irritation and sensitivity in the skin. If you still want to use Medik8, I suggest using it on the evenings you do not use your Augustinus Bader The Cream. If you have used retinol before, I recommend starting with the lowest strength for Medik8 as it is powerful, i.e. 3, and start gently: 2 evenings/week, then gradually increase. Also, don’t forget sunscreen during the day. Always listen to your skin: if you see signs of irritation, redness, flaking → reduce the frequency. Use:
