Really good!
The pencil was rock hard at first, but softened with use. Glides well on the lips and stays well once dry. Feels a bit drying, but doesn't create a tight feeling. Suede Matte Lip Liner in Cannes is a pretty okay lip liner, but nothing that impresses me. The color is nice and the formula works, but it doesn't provide the same precision, creaminess, or luxury feel as the lip liners from Charlotte Tilbury.
