Who is Olaplex for?
Whether your hair is color-treated, texturized, natural, or anything in between, it could get damaged from daily treatment.

Can you use Olaplex No.0, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 even if you haven’t had an Olaplex salon treatment?
All Olaplex consumer products are individual products that work amazingly together but also alone. Using all products in the range will give you the whole Olaplex experience but it’s no requirement.
Do you still need to use Olaplex No.3 if you use No. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8?
No.3 is a deep-action treatment (weekly) containing a generous amount of the Olaplex molecule and No.4, No.5, No.6, and No.7 (daily use) DON’T replace this treatment. However, they complement each other in a great way.
Will No.3 work better if you leave it on for more than 10 min?
It has been shown that No.3 is even more efficient if you extend the treatment time. The effect diminishes after 10 min but if you have the time, 30 min is preferred for maximum effect.
Should your hair be clean before using No.3?
Your hair doesn’t need to be freshly washed but to be completely sure you get the best results possible; we recommend it. If you use styling products with a lot of silicones, there’s the risk that you get less of an effect from No.3, or none at all.

Do you have to use the products in the exact order?
There are no rules, and we suggest that you try for yourself. Many people choose to use No.4 before No.3, and then finish with No.5. Olaplex No.6 and No.7 are styling products that you use in towel-dried or dry hair on the other hand. Can be used alone or after No.3, 4, 5. No.8 is a hair mask that should be used weekly for best results. See how below.

This is a styling product that you can use daily in towel-dried or dry hair. Apply a small amount in your hair, distribute from mid-lengths to the ends. Comb through and style as desired. Please note that the product is extremely rich and contains heat-protective properties.
