Can you really put this on top of nail polish?

Worked really well for me

A lightweight serum that works well on brittle nails
I have very weak nails that chip and break easily. The nails are paper-thin and the cuticles often bleed. I used this product twice a day for 6 days. I noticed on the third day that my nails looked healthier, were stronger, and chipped much less. After six days, the nails had grown a bit (the pictures are from day six) and the cuticles looked absolutely better.
