Easy styling with a beautiful result!
Thank you Lyko for the opportunity to test this gem, the OBH Nordica Bjørn Axén Tools Magic Style Brush PRO 30 mm heat brush! Here come my thoughts and experiences after the test! A bit about my hair: Coarse hair strands, thick, long, dry, frizzy, and naturally curly, untreated! Sensitive scalp! This is really the right styling product for me to use. With its long cord (3m) which is super great, thank you for that! A good manual is included. Makes no noise😍! The brush is easy to understand, used on dry hair, simple stylish design, not heavy (perfect for those of us with pain or weakness), comfortable in the hand and gives a beautiful result! Quick heating. And a light that turns on when it’s on! There are 2 heat settings to test, 1 & 2. I mostly use setting 2! It’s important though that I brush through my hair a few times beforehand with a hairbrush (less risk of it getting stuck in the brush) and then section the hair to make styling easier! When styling, I use heat protection. It may take a few tries to get the technique down, this is of course individual... I’m still learning...! I have fallen in love with this heat brush! I’m super satisfied! It’s fun to use and the result on my hair is so nice! Shiny and soft hair, curls or straight hair! I do think it would have been even better with a slightly larger brush for my thick long hair since this one was only 30mm. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #OBHNORDICA #BJØRNAXEN #STYLINGTOOL1 product in post Easy styling with a beautiful result!46629 views- The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Doesn't work for my hair
My hair type: Curly, frizzy, dry, and colored. I’ve been lucky to test this heat brush for a while. When you turn on the heat brush, it gets warm in a few minutes, which is of course appreciated. The hair "glides" easily on the brush and doesn’t get tangled 🤩 The size of the brush is also just right. Unfortunately, this heat brush didn’t suit my hair as it doesn’t make any difference in my hair. My hair has always been hard to style 😤 I’ve tried using the heat brush on dry hair, but also a little damp. Unfortunately, I get no volume, and I can’t create any waves either. I’ve done everything I could and followed the instructions as well as videos. Nothing works on my hair, and it’s just as frizzy as before. I think the heat brush works better on someone else’s hair that isn’t as hard to style as mine. (For example, when I straighten it, it gets curly after an hour, and the same goes for curls, they lose their shape very quickly). Anyway, it was super fun to test the heat brush, but unfortunately, it didn’t become a favorite for me ❤️ I will give it to someone else in my vicinity who hopefully gets better use out of it ☺️ Otherwise, the heat brush seems to be of good quality, but I can’t unfortunately give it more than two stars since I have no use for it. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #OBHNORDICA #BJÖRNAXEN #STYLINGTOOL1 product in post Doesn't work for my hair22586 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 yearHey Johanna, thank you so much for a well-written review! 🙌😄 It's a shame that this brush didn't quite work with your hair, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the person you give the brush to will like it. 😍 If the lucky recipient of the brush wishes for some tips on how to use the brush and on products that can be used with the brush, please reach out to our hairdressers via email at frisoren@lyko.com 🤩 Take care! ⭐5 likes

Incredible
I have tried many styling tools over the years, but the OBH Nordica Magic Style Brush PRO 38 mm is one of the few that has actually managed to replace a full blowout for me. The first thing I noticed was how quiet it is – completely silent. It creates a different kind of calm in use, especially in the mornings when you don’t want to wake the whole house just to try to get a little volume in your hair. The clear signal light that shows when it’s on feels reassuring, and the heat settings – two different levels – are actually sufficient to control the result in a very precise way. It heats up surprisingly quickly, which means you don’t have to stand and wait but can start styling almost immediately. The cord is also a big plus: long, flexible, and above all not tangled. It sounds like a minor detail, but when you’re moving around with a round brush in your hair, you can immediately feel the difference a good cord makes. The brush itself at 38 mm is the perfect size for achieving the classic rounded blowout look. It gives volume at the roots, rounds the ends nicely, and creates that soft fall that usually requires both a round brush and a hairdryer – and a lot of technique. Here you get the same effect with significantly less effort. It’s a tool that feels reliable, quiet, fast, and practical, and for me, it has completely replaced the need for a traditional blowout. If you want a tool that gives shiny, moldable hair with minimal effort, this heat brush is unusually effective. #lykoinflutester #obhnordica1 product in post Incredible8 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Does its job excellently, but the result doesn't last long

What size?
Hi! I'm wondering what size you would recommend I buy for the brush, 38 mm or 45 mm? I have very thick, dry, and curly hair. I will mostly use it for styling all my hair after washing, and I want to achieve a blowout look with quite fluffy and rounded curls (but not curling iron curly). Right now I have the Revlon brush and I like it except that I think the blowout can be a bit too flat at the ends :) I'm leaning towards 45 mm since it's larger and might minimize styling time for my very thick hair, but I'm not sure. What would you recommend?1 product in post What size?1351 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 2 daysHey there Nora! 👋 Since you have thick and curly hair and are looking for a blowout look, I would recommend the brush that is 45mm for you 🩷 👉 The larger brush helps you to: Get more hair at once, which makes styling faster. Achieve a rounder, softer finish, perfect for volume and fullness without the ends getting flat! I hope you like it 😍1 likes

Super!
I've been testing this hair styler for a little while now as #lykoinflutester 💓 An unexpectedly good product, I think! I've read some other reviews about others who can't get it to work/get the curls to hold. But I got the desired result with a little practice. A tip is to take smaller sections!❤️ The brush heats up quickly and is completely silent🤩 Totally great if you want a blowout look, or just want to add some volume to lifeless ends❤️ The only downside is that hair collects quickly in the brush. When the hair collects, it's harder to "clean", and the heat works less effectively. #obhnordica1 product in post Super!2934 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Long Learning Curve
I got this home a couple of weeks ago and now it's time for me to #lykoinflutester evaluate, so here comes my #lykoreview! ➕ You can tell that #obhnordica delivered quality. I appreciate manufacturers who think it through, and I especially like the extra long cord and automatic shut-off. ➕ My hair really becomes shiny, more shine than a regular flat iron gives! ➕ The curls/blowout held up well until the evening despite humid weather conditions. ➖ I still haven't got the hang of it, so I would say it has a pretty long learning curve. ➖ I don't know if it's because the hair needs to be dry, but I found that my hair got stuck quite often. But it could also be that I haven't mastered the right technique yet. Even though we aren't quite friends yet, I'm looking forward to mastering the technique with this, because I can see it both taking over my old flat iron and curling iron in the future thanks to the hair also becoming shiny and lasting longer!1 product in post Long Learning Curve - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Perfect
I have tested this hot brush from Björn Axén as a lykoinfluencer ✨ My hair is a bit dry and damaged after dyeing, but I am very positive about this!! It is perfect if you want a blowout or just want to make your hair a bit straighter 🩷 it has two heat settings, personally I prefer strength 2 🫶🏻 you can create loose curls and style it the way you want!! I have used this a lot and am very satisfied. What is a plus from my side is that there are stiff bristles on the brush and not plastic, as I have tried plastic before and they bent very easily:/ which is annoying as it makes it harder to work with, luckily these bristles are stiff which makes it easy to get it the way you want 🩷 the size of the head is perfect, it is easy to work with and not heavy which makes it easy to hold ✨ +++ because it heats up quickly!! All in all, I love this and think the price is very reasonable, I recommend trying it 😇 #lykoinflutester #obhnordica1 product in post Perfect2014 views - The post was made 1 weekRating: 5 out of 5Verifierad testare
Very practical and beginner-friendly
🖤 I'm honestly impressed with how easy it is to use this hot-air style brush. 🖤 The size is perfect, not too big, not too small, and I love that it comes with two heat settings. The automatic 30-minute shut-off is also a great safety feature, especially if you're someone who sometimes forgets to turn things off. 🖤 The "style" I created didn't hold the entire day, but I could still see some curl and "bounce" in my ends by the evening. 🖤 My hair is naturally very soft, flat, and has zero volume, so curls never hold well for me unless I use a lot of styling products. That's definitely something l need to experiment with more together with this brush 🖤Since I'm a complete beginner with hair styling tools, I was surprised at how quickly I got the hang of it. The brush is really practical, very beginner-friendly, and perfect for simple, everyday styling. 🖤 I'll definitely keep using it and try out different products and techniques to see what works best for my hair. Overall, a great tool for easy, effortless styling! #lykoinflutester #björnaxen #obhnordica1 product in post Very practical and beginner-friendly - The post was made 1 weekRating: 5 out of 5Verifierad testare
Super styling brush!
I was so lucky to receive this Magix style brush pro 38mm from #bjornaxen to test as #lykoinflutester 🥳 I first thought it was one of those hot air brushes and understood nothing when I turned it on 😅 (Not good at reading the manual 🥴) I was very positively surprised by this! It was easy to use, like a curling iron but with a brush that prevents tangling and you don’t need to have a separate brush and curling iron while using it! All in one 😍 Can create both curls, volume, and straight hair depending on what you want 😁 I have quite thin and fine Nordic hair with some curls in the back and frizz in the bangs, so I should style it to look decent, and with this, I get soft and smooth hair 😍 I think it has been best to use right after blow-drying 🤩 With this and a bit of hold spray (which I use on wet hair before I blow-dry it), the hair holds quite well! 😍 It has 2 different heat settings and I have used it on number 1 the whole time. This is absolutely my new favorite!1 product in post Super styling brush!1484 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. The post was made 1 weekRating: 4 out of 5Verifierad testare
Cool toy for those who cant do blow out with a hairbrush
Pay attention: this tool can be used ONLY on dry hair. I styled my hair 4 times with this style brush. Positives: - if you cant do blow out with usual brush and hairdryer, this can be your first tool to practise as well as to do it pretty fast. I think its great for its price and variety of hair styles you can do. - it can be used for straightening and curling hair which is great. - not as hot as straightening iron so its more safe to use. - treat it as any hot hair styling tools, use hair protection spray :) Negatives: - i took one star, and its just that tool can be used only on dry hair, which means you need to dry your hair first, to create a blow out hair style. Not so convenient for daily use, but can be ok for special occasions. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #OBHNordica1 product in post Cool toy for those who cant do blow out with a hairbrush - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Light in the hand!
I have the honor of #lykoinflutester testing the Björn Axén Tools Magic Style Brush PRO 38 mm from #obhnordica ✨️ I have fully bleached hair, so I usually heat-style my hair a maximum of 2 times a week and use a blow dryer and rarely anything else, so this was something new for me! My hair strands are thin and numerous, so I would say typically Scandinavian hair. What I like about this heat brush is that it is extremely light in the hand! For me with rheumatoid arthritis, it is nice to have something that doesn't get heavy when you stand for a while and fix your hair. Since I don't want to heat-style my hair too often, it's convenient to have a brush like this so you can fix your hair in the morning where it's needed instead of going through all the hair. Perfect for those with bangs, for example. The cord is long, which is also a plus! I used the lowest temperature and found that the tip of the brush got warm, so I think it will be hard to hold to help turn it to the higher temperature, or I just have sensitive fingertips 😅 I'm not a pro with this type of tool, but I like it! Practice makes perfect! The hair became soft and got more life than if I just used the blow dryer as you can see in the before picture 👌1 product in post Light in the hand!951 views
