Ingredients
Transparent primer/glue for loose pigments and eyeshadows. Increases durability and prevents falls of the applied products, while making colors more intense. Forget about falling glitter and take control of every shiny millimeter.
Use:
Gently spread a small amount of primer/glue in the place where glitter/pigment will be applied. Then wait until the gel begins to dry and apply a colored product.
