The shampoo cleansed effectively without drying out hair or scalp. It felt just the right amount of moisturizing and not "heavy" for fine hair. The formula is soft and smooth in consistency and contains no sulfates, parabens, silicones, or mineral oils.
The downsides were that the product wasn't very economical, so a lot was used with each application. Additionally, the bottle was awkward and hard to empty completely when it was almost finished.
In summary, it's a good shampoo with good ingredients, but it's not particularly economical.
