Put an appropriate amount, about the size of a blackcurrant, on the back of your hand and massage the backs of your hands together so that most of the cream is applied where your hands are most exposed. After 15-30 seconds, massage the cream into your hands and wrists as usual.

I recommend applying several times a day, preferably after hand washing with Raz Skincare Hand Wash. Use at least morning and evening, possibly together with Repair for your cuticles.
