Use it for all kinds of soreness and irritation of muscles and joints. It is a good idea to apply it on a sore back or on groups of muscles that you will be using more than ordinarily – e.g. before a walk, gardening, exercising, etc.

Repair Salve, Warming Effect is, in other words, an all-round salve which should have a place in every home. It is a salve that can be used when your joints and muscles become sore – both before, during and after.

This could for instance be before a long walk, gardening or exercising.In case of very sore muscles or joints, I will recommend that you apply a thick layer of Repair Salve, Warming Effect, cover the area with a thin fabric and leave this overnight.
