I don't know how to recommend this any longer, I've had mine for ONLY 2 months! I've really loved how it has made my hair while blow-drying. The last use it got so incredibly hot, when I didn't even have it on the hottest setting, that I burned my finger when I was trying to take off the nozzle..and IT RIPPED MY HAIR!? BURNED MY HAIR😭 how can the product already be broken after 2 months.. totally insane now I have a damn horn of hair sticking straight out in my face.. Rikki is broken
I had it for less than a year in light use. Really nice and easy when it was still intact, but now it suddenly started smoking during use and the plastic is melting. Try to attach the nozzle properly until you hear a click and push the lock slider all the way to the locked position. If it still comes loose, please register a complaint through your account on the website so we have the opportunity to look into this 🥰✨
