This multi-functional, long wear, water resistant eyebrow pencil allows for customizable definition. Our fine-tip applicator creates natural hair-like strokes yet allows for a full, bold brow look with a blendable, non-tacky formula.
Use:
Begin applying in the fullest part of your brow, slowly adding definition and filling in sparse areas using short strokes. Add more strokes to build a bolder brow look. Use the brush side of pencil to add shape and gently blend the color through brows. CAUTION: Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of the reach of children.
