The cap sits poorly
A nice solution if it were user-friendly. I have 2 of this refill system, but with little joy. The cap sits very loose, on both. So hardly a production error. The casing is metal and smooth to hold. I miss that the refill product has an included label indicating which product it is. Something that should be a given in this price range. So every time I have to check which color is in the casing. Yes, I could of course label it myself and stick it on, but that should be unnecessary. Feels like this product was rushed through to make as much money as possible in the shortest time. Included polyester case. (I would rather have a label to stick under the casing). Nice to look at, but that's where it stops. #lykoreview130 views

The SENSAI Moisture Intense Lipstick Holder is a reusable lipstick holder used for SENSAI Moisture Intense Lipstick. Please note that the lipstick is a refill product and is sold separately.
How to Use:
1. Keep the protective cap on and insert the refill straight into the holder until the line on the refill is no longer visible. Do not twist the refill when inserting, as this may cause the lipstick to be pushed up inside the cap and damage the tip.
2. After inserting the refill, remove the protective cap. If the line on the refill becomes visible during use, press the refill firmly back into the holder. Multiple shades can be used with one holder, so do not discard the protective cap.
