I have followed the instructions to the letter, but it won't start. I see several others here have had the same problem. The comment was made 2 weeksHello 😊 Here is a quick checklist that often solves the issue of the device not starting: remove any transport lock or plastic tab, hold down the power button for 3–5 seconds (some require 10–15 seconds), charge with the original charger and check that the charging indicator lights up, make sure the battery is properly seated, and let the device cool down before trying again. If it’s still dead, register a complaint via My Pages → Order History → select the order → “Complaint” and attach a short video showing that it won’t start as well as a picture of the serial number.

The egg is started by twisting the bottom. When you are not using it, twist the bottom a little so it does not have contact with the battery; this way the batteries last longer.
