The idea is to complement beauty care from within, focusing on skin, hair, and nails – and I really like the combination of a well-thought-out content and a format that is so easy to incorporate into everyday life. Each daily dose contains among other things 420 mg of silica as well as biotin and selenium. Biotin contributes to maintaining normal hair and normal skin, while selenium contributes to maintaining normal hair and normal nails. For me, it feels like a nice complement to the skin and hair care I already use externally. But what surprised me the most is actually the taste. Mango & passion fruit is incredibly good – fresh, fruity, and tropical with just the right amount of sweetness. 🥭 It almost feels more like a little daily treat than a supplement, and that makes a big difference for me. A routine only really works if you actually want to continue it. I also appreciate the individual portion sachets. One daily dose is already prepared, nothing needs to be measured, and they are easy to take with you when you are on the go or traveling. It gives the whole product a smooth and well-thought-out feel. When it comes to visible changes in skin, hair, and nails, I want to give the product the time it deserves. I prefer to assess such results after continuous use rather than after just a few days.
