This can be used once a day - either as an intensive treatment daily for a week, or as a preventive treatment a few times a week/month The light treatment should not be used for more than 15 minutes a day in total, but you can definitely switch between different lights within the specified usage time Wishing you a wonderful day and a cozy pre-Christmas season 🎄🤗

      It should not be used for more than 15 minutes a day because excessive light treatment can lead to pigment changes in the skin! Here are the light programs specifically designed to provide maximum benefit in those 15 minutes, and it won't be necessary to use it longer than that Wishing you a lovely pre-Christmas season

    Hey! Ordered this but haven't received it yet, but wanted a mask without infrared light, it didn't say in the description that this would have it, but I read in a reply down here that it does? Can you choose not to have it on?😖 I only saw that it had 4 light settings?
