    How should I use the products?

    Hi. I have long had problems with very dry skin, itching, pimples/breakouts, and red rashes/rosacea. I went to the pharmacy, and they recommended that I use these products. But now I'm wondering how I can combine them, and if so, which ones should I use first or last in the steps, day or night? Can I use this baume gel at the same time as baume cicaplastB5? I have bought Cicaplast B5 Recovery Gel, hyalu B5 serum, cicaplast baume B5, Tolerian rosalic AC AR SPF30, and Tolerian rosalic AR concentrate.

Cleansing (if you have a mild, unfragranced cleanser that your skin can tolerate). 2. Hyalu B5 Serum: Apply a few drops for hydration and to soothe the skin. It works well at the beginning of the routine as hyaluronic acid binds moisture. 3. Toleriane Rosaliac AR SPF30: Since this has sun protection, it’s perfect for the morning. It has a soothing effect on redness and helps protect the skin from external stressors. 🤭 Evening Routine ❤️ 1. Cleansing (use a mild cleanser, preferably without fragrance or strong ingredients). 2.
