A favorite in scent!
I love this scent! It is definitely thinner compared to the bum bum cream, so for those who needed a thinner one, here you have it! I think the lotion does its job as a lotion but nothing more than that. I find the shape of the packaging a bit strange, absolutely innovative but takes up unnecessarily much space. I’ve really fallen for Sol de Janeiro Body Badalada! This is the kind of body lotion I actually look forward to using after the shower – and a lot of that is because of the amazing scent. 🥹🤍 The first thing I like is the texture. It feels light and smooth on the skin and absorbs quickly, so I don’t have to walk around feeling sticky afterward. That’s a big plus for me, especially when I want to get dressed pretty quickly. Lyko also describes it as a fast-absorbing lotion that leaves the skin soft and fragrant. But the scent is really what makes this one! 😭✨ I think it lasts a long time on the skin and makes me feel nicely scented long after I’ve applied it. It’s almost like an extra step of perfume in the routine. I also like that it comes in a 400 ml bottle with a pump. That’s so convenient! I don’t have to dig into a jar and can just pump out the right amount. Plus, 400 ml feels like a big and generous amount that will last a long time. 🤍 The formula contains, among other things, hyaluronic acid for hydration as well as ingredients rich in vitamins E and K. I think the skin feels soft and well cared for after use, while the lotion still feels light. Above all, I think it’s perfect after the shower when I want soft skin + an amazing scent in one step. And if you then match it with a body mist from Sol de Janeiro, it really becomes a deluxe scent bomb. 😂🍓✨ The only small downside for me is that it doesn’t feel quite as intensely moisturizing as a really rich body butter. If the skin is super dry, I’d probably choose something richer. But as an everyday lotion, I think it’s really lovely. How do you open it so you can pump?
Bought this yesterday in store. Tried to open it today and can’t get the pump open so it can pump? Anyone got a tip??986 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 monthHi Maria! 👋 Remove any plastic lock at the pump’s neck. Hold the ring and turn the pump head counterclockwise until it "pops" up. If it just spins, hold the ring firmly and turn again. Make sure the pump is properly seated and press down several times (sometimes 10–20 times). If it feels like an airlock, tilt the bottle slightly, tap the bottom, or turn it upside down while pumping. If it still doesn’t work, the pump might be broken – bring it to the store where you bought it and they will help you. Hope this helps! 🥰1 likes

Lovely scent but not moisturizing enough
Body Badalada from Sol de Janeiro has a light, fast-absorbing consistency that feels nice directly on the skin ✨. However, I find that it doesn't provide enough long-lasting moisture – I need to apply it several times a day to keep my skin soft. For me, it becomes more of a “scent-cream” than a real moisture bomb. Something milder
Another fantastic product. Personally, I love the scent, but for those who don't want too much of it, this comes in a somewhat milder variant. Also, it is a "milder" form of the bum bum cream, more fluid. It absorbs quickly into the skin but keeps the skin hydrated. I combine it with the oil on extra exposed areas, but that's more of a personal preference than a perceived need.2504 views
