Pretty good
I got three products from Kora Organics, and first up with the review is the serum. The serum comes in a very nice glass bottle, which feels luxurious and beautiful. The serum has a thicker consistency than other serums I've had. However, this makes it a bit difficult to pump the serum with the dropper. But it's no big deal. The serum promises to combat visible signs of aging without irritation. And I feel no irritation on my skin. I do have quite sensitive skin, and usually don't react to anything directly in skincare. I've been using the serum for about three weeks. I can't directly say that I see many visible results on aging signs (which I have as a 45-year-old). But before Kora's serum, I used another serum with a similar effect. So if I hadn't used a serum before that worked against aging signs, maybe I would have seen clearer results? Or maybe I just need to use the serum longer to see results. Overall, it's a nice serum. The serum absorbs easily into the skin. Unfortunately, the serum has a scent that isn't very pleasant. It actually doesn't smell good at all. But the scent is only noticeable during application, and not something that lingers later. Luxurious retinol alternative with overwhelming scent.
π I received the product for free as a #LYKOINFLUTESTER. I got to test three skincare products from #KORAORGANICS. The serum contains bakuchiol, which, as the name suggests, is normally used as an alternative to low-concentration retinol. My skin is dry, sensitive, and acne-prone, without signs of aging. Besides a mild PHA peeling, I donβt use any ingredients with anti-aging properties other than as spot treatment on PIH, and Iβm also cautious with oils. I was therefore a bit nervous when I saw the ingredient list, and even after patch testing, I was hesitant to try the serum on my entire face. But I was pleasantly surprised, as my skin remained calm and felt soft. However, the serum has still made my skin oily after a few hours, so even though it hasnβt been directly irritated, it seems to have become a bit dehydrated. I havenβt gotten acne, but itβs still a concern. The serum comes in a heavier glass bottle with a dropper and has a slightly thick but easily applied consistency. Plus for being organic and vegan π± It smells as expected strongly of plants, but the scent is SO overwhelmingly sharp that I get a headache if I apply it near my nose. It smells like someone has pressed an entire garden into a perfume bottle, and while some may like that, I do not. They really emphasize the plant stem cells in the product and call the serum double-action, and I guess that also contributes to the high price, so I must mention that scientifically itβs unclear whether plant stem cells in skincare achieve anything at all. Bakuchiol has documented effects, but Iβm skeptical about pushing hard for plant stem cells and raising the price because of it. β I like how the serum initially makes my skin feel, but it doesnβt outweigh the other downsides. For those looking for a luxurious bakuchiol serum, who arenβt sensitive to scents, and prioritize vegan + eco, it might suit them well, but for me, unfortunately, it was a miss.

Great alternative!
I have been so lucky to test three products from KORA Organics, including this serum that is supposed to be a nice alternative to retinol! β¨ A little about meπ€΅π»ββοΈ I am 25 years old and have some visible aging on my forehead and the small lines between my eyebrows. My skin is very fair, tolerates most things, but can get a bit dry in the winter months. I generally have even skin without major issues with blemishes or acne. First impressionπ The bottle is elegant and feels exclusive. The consistency surprised me β it is creamier than typical serums, which gives a rich feeling upon application. The color is lightly golden, and it sits nicely on the skin without feeling heavy. The scent is intense and strong, which I personally think brings it down a bit. My experienceπ§π»ββοΈ Upon first application, I noticed that the serum felt moisturizing and pleasant on the skin. It gave a soft and smooth surface, but I also noticed a bit of redness and warmth in the skin shortly after application. Good serum but too strong scent β¨
Oh the sheer happiness when I found out my next mission. I've been interested in trying KORA Organics for a long time!! π€©π β¨ First impression Luxurious! π€€ I really like the pipette. Sharp scent, even sharper than the cream, but thankfully it settles down. Very creamy formula for a serum ππ» A little tingling on the first application, but absolutely nothing uncomfortable. π€± About me I am 36 years old, have dry skin that is on the sensitive side. I have previously reacted with redness and stinging to, for example, very active products. I have small fine lines, especially around the eyes. But otherwise, I have no lines/wrinkles. I have tried retinol a few times and have handled it well as long as I haven't used it every day. πΊπΈ My thoughts and experiences I love the pipette, but the formula of the serum (which is very nice in itself) doesn't quite match the pipette. It's hard to see if you have serum in it or not. The design is great, it feels luxurious and is really pretty, nice details with the gold β¨ I can't get over the scent though. It's too sharp, and for me, being scent-sensitive, it brings the rating down. I wanted to love it because I was already visually in love π€© But as we all know (or will know) = the outside is not more important than the inside π I can't make a judgment regarding signs of aging since I don't have any direct lines/wrinkles unless I raise my eyebrows or furrow my brow π€¨ And there I can't really see any difference in these 4 weeks. But I know it can take a long time to see results from active ingredients! I will definitely continue to use the serum β¨ The result I can actually see is that I have gotten a really nice glow, feel deeply hydrated, and have possibly become a bit more even in my skin. I am a serum lover! I like 2 maybe 3 steps in skincare besides cleansing. I give this serum a midtree. That's because I like that the serum gives me that feeling of moisture, nourishment, smooth skin, and hopefully does something about the dry lines. But it does it halfway, I feel a bit dry after it has absorbed into the skin. But: π I like the bottle, fits well next to the rest of the family π Easy to calculate how much to use π Smells clean and good. Nice pipette bottle
I got this for free from #LYKOINFLUTESTER and #KORAORGANICS and have tested it now for a month with the accompanying face cream. I like the bottle and the pipette, you get good control over the product amount. And you don't need more than a drop, so it's economical to use. I've used it morning and night and think it absorbs easily, it's not runny and takes a little time to absorb before you use the face cream. I have normal but sensitive skin and have mostly reacted negatively to most things that are for aging skin, I am 45. This is a positive surprise, I haven't reacted negatively, quite the opposite, I see that the unevenness in my mouth corners has become less π very positive experience. But, it doesn't smell good, I don't understand why nothing was done about it before the product was launched, it smells tight of something indeterminate. And it lasts for a while, now 10 minutes after application I can still smell it. And that's such a shame, because the product does what it promises. Now I am sensitive to smells, so I recommend if you are considering a purchase to smell them in the store first βΊοΈ

I have been so lucky to test products from Kora Organics this past month! First impression: wow, what packaging, both the paper on the outside and the product itself! This looks fantastic in the bathroom. I have normal to dry skin, and I am quite sensitive. As a 27-year-old, I am starting to see some lines, and therefore I am on the hunt for products that counteract this. I love a good glow in the skin, and the content of this series promotes both glow and firmer skin. The serum is quite thick in consistency, and does not feel as moisturizing as I actually want from a serum. On the other hand, it has good ingredients and feels good and sensitive. - Intense scent, which can remind of the smell of plants. - The serum feels thick and does not provide much moisture + Sensitive to the skin + I have not had any breakouts in the form of pimples or impurities All in all, a positive overall impression, but not a new favorite for me. #lykoinflutester #koraorganics

As a #lykoinflutester, I received this serum from Kora Organics. The first thing I thought of was the smell, I didn't like it at all, it was very strong and didn't smell goodπ« I personally have very sensitive and dry skin, after using the serum and cream it felt like my face got warm and started to sting. I don't have any wrinkles on my face or anything like that, so unfortunately I can't say if it works for that, but my face became soft and felt hydratedβοΈ Nothing I will continue to use unfortunately #koraorganics

Thick and Smelly
Not a favorite! Doesn't feel like a serum with its thick consistency that's hard to get out of the bottle. The scent is not pleasant. Feels like cake on cake to use this before another cream. Great serum but high price tag
About a month ago, these three products from Lyko arrived When I read about the products beforehand, I can say that they really caught my interest and I was looking forward to trying them. First impression; Wow, what beautiful packaging! Second impression; The scent! Not a strong or migraine-inducing scent, but the cream and serum don't smell good. I don't know how to describe the scent, and I feel that the serum smells a bit more than the cream, but thankfully it doesn't linger. The serum is maybe a bit thicker in consistency than I'm used to, but I see that as a positive! It absorbs into the skin without any issues, but in some way, it still feels there. After applying another serum, it can feel like you haven't applied anything at all after 5 minutes. That's not the case here! My skin is very dry and a bit gray and dull, especially this year, but I feel that after using this serum (+ 2 other products, hard to determine which has worked the most. Or if it's simply the combination that does it) my skin has become firmer, more hydrated, and a bit more lively. +Beautiful bottle! Good texture, unpleasant smell
I have tested this serum from Kora. I like the appearance, nice color and easy to use, I like that it is a "pump bottle". Nice texture and economical in use, I have had this product for a long time. Together with the day cream and oil from the same brand, I think my skin has become a bit firmer. I have honestly used this serum here as little as possible, about 3-4 times a week. And never more than once a day, and that is solely because the smell is one of the worst I have ever smelled in a product before. Smells too strong
I had the opportunity to test this serum for a few weeks, along with other products from Kora organics My skin type is normal, but occasionally oily in certain areas of my face. This serum feels very rich, and it is a bit too oily. Unfortunately, it doesn't suit my skin type very well π I also found that it became quite tight in a strange way on my face, and that it had a very strong scent that feels herbal. I also think that the consistency of the serum doesn't match the packaging very well, as it is almost too thick to be drawn up in the pipette π€² It's hard to give a product such a low rating, but unfortunately there wasn't much about this product that I liked! I can imagine that it would suit a skin type that is oilier than mine and that needs a lot of extra moisture π #lykoinflutester #koraorganics
