If you, like me, are a bit too “lazy” to wash your face with water & cleanser every morning, then this is your lifesaver in need. A cotton pad + this micellar water = clean and fresh skin in no time. I don’t feel it leaves any dryness & it works perfectly as a cleanser before the next step in the skincare routine✨😍 You also get A LOT of product for your money here! Disappointment
This time as #lykoinflutester got to test and review Clean Queen Micellar Water 500ml Was really excited to try it as soon as I got the product home. Contains good ingredients like Nordic sugar beet, glycerin, and amino acids, which felt promising. I have quite sensitive skin, especially around the eyes, so I am very careful to use products that are gentle and fragrance-free. Unfortunately, it was a flop this time. Below are the reasons: 🫧 Removes makeup and impurities well. Didn’t need to rub much, just glided off easily in one sweep. However, I thought it felt sticky, left a weird film afterwards. ✨️ Read from others that it should be fragrance-free, but as far as I can see, it is dermatologically tested. I see nothing on either the bottle or the website about being fragrance-free. But regardless, it smells extremely strong! 🤔 According to the description, you can apply it to face, eyes, and lips. However, I wouldn’t recommend that, considering the scent. And with the below in mind, I didn’t want to try applying it to my lips. 🫧 And not only that. Stings a lot in the eye area. Ouch, it hurts! So had to rinse it off immediately. After that, I’ve only used it on the rest of my face, which it works better on. The only positive I can think of is the price in relation to the volume and how easily it removes makeup, etc., but unfortunately, that doesn’t outweigh the rest of the experience. I can’t see that anyone else has had a similar experience as me, maybe something wrong with just my bottle? 🤔 Really smells strong as soon as you open it. Burns insanely
No, unfortunately this was not a product for me. The price is good for the amount you get, but I can't use the product. I started by testing it on my eyes (nothing happened on my hand). But it didn't remove enough of my mascara, maybe because I couldn't tolerate having the product around my eyes? Oh, how it burned. I saw someone called it acid and unfortunately that was the feeling. I had to stop and wash my face with water. I don't see any damage now but it tightens around the eyes. Honestly, I thought I would get sores considering how much it burned, and even though I've used several products (that I usually use) afterwards, I can feel the tightness around the eye. As if the skin shrank. On the positive side, maybe I don't have any bags or wrinkles there now 😉 Considering the environment, I have made the bottle available for my daughters to test instead. Perfect
This is perfect I use little of this soaked onto a cleaning pad every morning and night after I wash my face, after few days my skin felt cleaner and softer and less dry. Nice product, I don't have many demands, I don't remove mascara because I extend my lashes 🥰 it handles my face super well and is sufficient for me; it removes makeup nicely. The only downside is the smell, it's very specific and I find it hard to get used to it.. Does its job and is affordable
I have previously had Bioderma and Acasia micellar water, and now that I have tested By Lykos, I believe it holds the same standard as those I have tested before, but at a MUCH better price. Removes makeup well. But on my skin, it burns. Especially around the eyes. I simply can't use it there. It feels like acid on my eyes. For really dry skin, it is recommended to follow up with a moisturizing cream or serum after cleansing to make the skin feel soft and comfortable.
