I bought this beauty at the Lyko flagship in the summer and have used up a little less than half. Most of the time I don't use micellar water as I like to double cleanse in other ways (balm and a foaming cleanser), but! This has become part of my routine, especially when I only have base products and want to quickly get my face clean. ✨ My skin has dry areas (forehead and around the nose most often) and requires a lot of moisture. I find that this, just like others in the same category, makes the skin a bit dry. But that’s okay because I always use skincare after cleansing in the evening. ☺️ I’ve seen that others think this smells strong, but mine doesn’t smell special at all, I’ve sniffed several times but can’t really smell anything special? So for me, that part works really well! I also like the cap, it’s a push cap that’s easy to open, some have screw caps or are a bit hard to open, but not this one. Plus, there’s a lot of product! 500 ml for 89 bucks (I paid even less because there was a 20% discount on it. 💦 ) It says it should melt away makeup, and I think it works fine with base products, but definitely not mascara! At the same time, I still want to use a balm or remover specifically for mascara, so for me, that doesn’t matter much. However, I don’t think it works as just a cleanser. You need something beforehand too, at least for the eyes. My skin doesn’t sting from it, but I can get a little red on the cheeks, so if you’re sensitive, maybe this is a bit too strong? 🤔 But I like it! Disappointment
This time as #lykoinflutester got to test and review Clean Queen Micellar Water 500ml Was really excited to try it as soon as I got the product home. Contains good ingredients like Nordic sugar beet, glycerin, and amino acids, which felt promising. I have quite sensitive skin, especially around the eyes, so I am very careful to use products that are gentle and fragrance-free. Unfortunately, it was a flop this time. Below are the reasons: 🫧 Removes makeup and impurities well. Didn’t need to rub much, just glided off easily in one sweep. However, I thought it felt sticky, left a weird film afterwards. ✨️ Read from others that it should be fragrance-free, but as far as I can see, it is dermatologically tested. I see nothing on either the bottle or the website about being fragrance-free. But regardless, it smells extremely strong! 🤔 According to the description, you can apply it to face, eyes, and lips. However, I wouldn’t recommend that, considering the scent. And with the below in mind, I didn’t want to try applying it to my lips. 🫧 And not only that. Stings a lot in the eye area. Ouch, it hurts! So had to rinse it off immediately. After that, I’ve only used it on the rest of my face, which it works better on. The only positive I can think of is the price in relation to the volume and how easily it removes makeup, etc., but unfortunately, that doesn’t outweigh the rest of the experience. I can’t see that anyone else has had a similar experience as me, maybe something wrong with just my bottle? 🤔 Really smells strong as soon as you open it. If you, like me, are a bit too “lazy” to wash your face with water & cleanser every morning, then this is your lifesaver in need. A cotton pad + this micellar water = clean and fresh skin in no time. I have tested this By Lyko Clean Queen Micellar Water. I have dry and quite sensitive skin. Here are my thoughts on the product: This product really feels like a dirt magnet. I put it on a cotton pad, hold it against my skin for a few seconds, and then it removes all makeup with it. I use quite a bit of makeup. Full base, eyeshadow, lipstick, and the whole package. But it even removes those that are usually the hardest to get off. Like matte lipstick, all foundation, mascara, etc. I usually don’t use micellar water as the sole cleansing for my face. Instead, I usually take it as the first step in cleansing to remove the worst and then use soap and water. So I prefer to use this as well. It absolutely removes all makeup, but leaves a slightly sticky film that I think might be due to the glycerin. So I still prefer to wash my face once more afterward, but if you don’t mind that feeling, then this is quite sufficient as a sole cleansing. But what I love most to use this for is to, for example, remove all the eyeshadow that has fallen under the eyes. I do my eyeshadow and eyebrows before the base, so I always want to wipe away the fallout under my eyes before applying the base. It leaves a moisturizing feeling and removes all fallout. Then I also use it to carve out my eyebrows, to make them sharper. I also use this to carve out my crease so I get a sharper and cleaner line for when I apply eyeshadow base later. No special scent. But it stings quite a bit in the eyes, so if you use it around the eyes, be careful not to get it in your eyes. The packaging is plastic and is large but handy. Pretty okay
Does its job as it should. I've only used it for a few days, so no special difference yet. But after using the product, I notice a difference in a short time. My skin feels softer and smoother, but of course also cleaner after use. It says you don't need to rinse it off after use, but if you have dry and sensitive skin like I do, and only use micellar water for cleansing, I recommend it. Otherwise, the skin feels kind of dry. And definitely use a moisturizer. I use it to cleanse my skin before I put on makeup. And after an oil cleanser from ACO and foam cleanser from Lumene when I take off my makeup. And in the morning and evening, of course. Good product
I have now used it for a little month and must say it is really good for the price. Easily removes mascara, eyebrow gel, concealer, etc. I will say that the cap is not suitable, it dispenses way too much product at once and is impossible to use with a cotton swab. I changed the cap and after that no problems✨ I can read some have had issues with stinging in the eyes. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disappointment for me. To get to the main issue: it burned my eyes, they stung, and when I was finally able to open them, I saw my eyelashes on the makeup remover wipe. On top of that, it’s not oily at all and actually leaves the eyes feeling dry. These things I mentioned have already been almost everyone’s reason for lowering their rating

Effective Makeup Remover
I have tested Clean Queen Micellar Water and think it is very effective and easily removes all makeup. I have "mature" skin and unfortunately found that it dries out the skin a bit, have experienced the same thing when I have tested other types of micellar water, and I believe it certainly suits other skin types excellently. Large amount for a really good price! Has a fresh scent and removes makeup residue that you want to achieve. Easy to open and easy to apply on a cotton pad. Felt it a bit on my face (which has been a bit extra sensitive lately) hence 4 ⭐️ Will last a long time and I will continue to use it to see over a longer period how my skin reacts to it. I got to test this as an influtester. I love that it’s a big bottle and it smells basically like nothing. Perfect for those with a bit more sensitive skin. I have slightly sensitive skin but mostly oily/normal. I mainly use it to remove all makeup, so it goes through a few cotton pads, but I think it removes most of it. I then finish with something I already love. It’s definitely a good budget tip, but maybe not a WOW product, a bit hard to remove makeup around the eyes and in lines, and I probably won’t buy it again since I already have a favorite. I've been testing this micellar water for a little while now🦋 I have to say that this product surprised me. You get a lot of product for a cheap price. It removes most of the makeup. For me, I always use a cleanser after micellar water, as it works best for my skin. But this removed the makeup very well for me. The only thing that brings it down a bit is that I found the scent of the product to be a bit stronger than what I've tried from other products.
