  • Effaclar H

Hi, I have the cleanser of Effaclar H + its cream. May I know if this serum is a good combination with them? I had an oily acne face but due to the weather, my face became dry. However, after a week using these Effaclar H products, my skin became oily again, however, I have a breakout. I would like now to focus on my acne.

Hello Anisa 👋😊 How exciting you are looking for some new products! Since these products can be quite drying and skin with Acne can be sensitive I would recommend you to send our skin therapists an e-mail at fraga@lyko.se with some more information about which specific products you use as well as a picture of your skin 📸 Good luck! 💖

Hi Anna🥰🌺 Yes, after you apply the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Ultra Concentrated Serum in the evening, it is recommended to use a moisturizer afterwards! This will help keep the skin hydrated and prevent it from becoming dry or irritated, especially since the serum contains active ingredients like salicylic acid and glycolic acid. Make sure to choose a moisturizer that suits your skin type✨

    Question about use

I have ordered this. I use Akleif in the evening for pimples, can I use the serum in the morning instead? Or do I have to use it in the evening?

Hi Emmie When undergoing treatment with a medication like Aklief, it is very important not to use active products in addition. Instead, use gentle, moisturizing products so that your skin does not become overstimulated and weakened Feel free to take our skin test for tips on products and a tailored skincare routine suited to your skin type and condition while you are on Aklief lyko.com/no/beauty-scan/hudtesten Wishing you a wonderful day ahead

    Very good

After just 5 uses I saw results 😍😍 my skin is so much smoother and all the bumps and pimples disappeared like that. However, I became incredibly dry, so make sure to have a very moisturizing cream when you use this serum.

    Love

This is really good for areas where I tend to get acne breakouts. I apply it in the evening and it calms the breakouts overnight without drying out the skin.

    hi

hi!! I just bought this! but I'm wondering if I can use this after I've used La Roche-posay's Effaclar Gel purifiant micro-peeling!! I also bought Cerave's retinol and Cerave's hydrating hyaluronic acid serum, can I use all four of these together in the same routine or should I not use them together? Can you/you all tell me the order I should use these 4 products and how many times (like should I use retinol every day or just once a week or something like that)?

Hi Amalie! You can basically use this together with the Effaclar Gel micro peeling cleanser if you have skin with good tolerance. I recommend that you do not combine these active products with retinol in your routine at all, as it becomes too many active products in one routine. However, you can definitely use Hyaluronic Acid serum. You can use the products like this: Morning and evening if your skin can handle it: Effaclar Gel Micro Peeling cleanser. If it becomes too much for your skin, you can choose a milder cleanser and use it in the morning. Morning: Hyaluronic Acid serum Evening: Effaclar serum Don't forget to use SPF during the day🤜🏻 Have a nice day🤗

La Roche-Posay Effaclar Ultra Concentrated Serum is an effective serum that reduces zits. Formulated for oily and impure skin prone to acne. The formula is charged with active ingredients, including niacinamide and a complex of LHA acid, salicylic acid, and glycolic acid that unclogs pores, activates the skin renewal process, and targets persevering impurities. The skin surface becomes more even, smoother, and feels fresh.

This ultra-concentrated face serum has a lightweight formula that is quickly absorbed by your skin. Apply a few drops onto cleansed face and neck in the evening. Avoid the eye area – in case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. The serum makes skin more sensitive to sunlight, always combine with a day cream with SPF15+ for daytime use. In case of skin discomfort, use less frequently.
