I apply it right after I wash my face and let it sink in a bit. It gives my skin a ton of moisture that lasts all day. I have acne-prone skin and it's dry. Suitable for sensitive skin
Moisturizes my sensitive rosacea skin without redness or warmth. The consistency is slightly thicker than normal face water, which I also like. It could maybe be a bit more moisturizing, but layered it serves my skin well even when it's at its driest.
