I have now used my second one and it is just perfect. Hey! I recently started using hyaluronic acid, and everyone says the face needs to be damp when applying it. Is it okay to use this toner right after cleansing and then apply the hyaluronic acid pretty quickly while the toner hasn't dried yet?
