I smelled this physically in the store and of course had to buy it💖 I especially love to put it on right after I shower. Smells absolutely amazing! I don't think this smelled good. It has a very sharp and unpleasant scent, and smells almost a bit chemical. The scent also changes over time, it smelled different when I bought it. To me, this smells VERY much of sandalwood and vanilla 😊 The scent of sandalwood takes over but is still delicate in some way, like a thin veil if you know what I mean 😅 And like all Sol de Janeiro products, it has sweet vanilla tones. The longevity is a bit better than the more fruity mists in the series. 💜🌅 A warm and incredibly cozy body mist!
I’ve really fallen for Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 59! This is a scent that feels a bit warmer and more sophisticated than many other body mists from Sol de Janeiro, and that’s probably exactly what I like most about it. 🥹✨ The first thing I get is a soft, warm, and sweet feeling with vanilla orchid, sugared violet, and delicate sandalwood. To me, it’s almost like a warm sunset in a bottle – creamy, floral, and a little powdery all at once. 🌅💜 I usually spray it on my neck, wrists, and a bit in my hair. And I really love when you then move your hair and get a little puff of scent. 😂🤍 It feels very feminine without being overly sweet. What I especially like is that the 59 feels a bit more grown-up and soft than some of the really sweet gourmand scents from the brand. I love sweet scents, but sometimes I want something that feels a bit more elegant and less dessert-like – and then I think this one fits perfectly. I also think it works really well all year round. 🌸 In the evening it feels warm and cozy, while during the day it gives a soft and nicely scented feeling without taking over the whole room. The longevity is quite okay for a body mist. I usually like to refresh during the day, but I think that’s actually quite nice with body mists – you can spray a little extra when you feel like it. 🥹✨ And I have to say I like the bottle too. It really feels like a little luxury product to have out on display.
