Use:
Bubble bath
Pour 2-3 capfuls under a warm running tap.

Body serum
1. Squeeze several droppers into hands
2. Massage over body

Body butter
1. After shower or bath
2. Apply a generous amount onto damp or dry skin
3. Massage until it absorbs into skin

Body scrub
