I have tried this every evening since I got it home almost two weeks ago, and I will probably never stop using it! 😍🤩 I have restless legs, which means that when I am still for a longer period, my legs start moving. It's hard to describe the feeling, but it crawls in my legs and it's impossible to keep them still! I unfortunately lost my now deceased horse many years ago. They thought I might have seriously injured my spine and wanted to scan me. They said I couldn't move due to the risk of back injuries. But because of my illness, I couldn't, it can't be controlled. They had to sedate me for me to stay still. I share this so you can understand how troublesome the legs can be when they start moving, and how much this has helped! I take my medication about 2 hours before I want to sleep. But even with medication, the legs become troublesome and it can take time to fall asleep. Now my new evening routine is to put on this beauty and start it when the tablets have started to work. And it helps to calm the legs and rock me to sleep. It helps me to sleep well, but I also feel that I sleep heavier. There are three different programs to choose from, I think all work equally well. It blocks out all light and is nice to wear.
