Use daily as a cleanser to cleanse skin, as a scrub to remove dead skin cells and give skin a more even texture, or as a face mask twice weekly to cleanse the pores. Use:

As a cleanser or scrub: massage into your damp face.

As a mask: Apply a thin layer to your face and leave on for five minutes. Rinse with water.

2-3 times a week. Avoid the eye area. In case of contact with eyes, immediately rinse with water. Avoid the eye and lip area when applied as a mask.
