Awesome!
Used xlash for just over 1 month (24 days) and already see results! Thought I would have to wait longer for the results to show up, but I was pleasantly surprised. The comment was made 1 yearsHey Johanna! 🌁 Oh, eye inflammation is never pleasant! ❤️ There are various reasons why one might get eye inflammation, and it could be an ingredient in this that your eye is very sensitive to, and a reaction can lead to inflammation. It could also be that if the serum is applied too close to the eye or in an excessive manner, it can get into the eye and cause irritation/inflammation. I understand that you have full control over this, and here it’s about thinking less is more 🤩 If the applicator or the product's contents have been contaminated with bacteria, this can cause an infection that leads to inflammation. I don’t know how long you’ve been using this. If you’ve used it for a while and the reaction just happened, it could unfortunately be that something might have gotten into the product or on the applicator that caused the inflammation 💖 If you suspect that there was something defective about this one, you can register a complaint on My Pages - Order History - Complaints, and we can help you look further into this and get back to you via email 📧 I hope it’s over soon if you’ve stopped using this now, health always comes first even if you want those beautiful lashes ❤️5 likes

Probably works for the majority
I have used the serum for about 1.5 months. I have lost a lot of lashes and have therefore stopped using the product. Lashes, just like the hair on your head, have a natural growth cycle where they grow, rest, and eventually fall out to make room for new lashes. When you start using a lash serum, you may therefore experience a period of increased lash shedding, because lashes are always in different parts of their natural cycle. This does not necessarily mean that the serum has damaged the lashes. A lash serum is intended to be used continuously over a longer period to have an effect, and the result is not something you normally judge after just one tube. Based on what you describe, it therefore does not sound like a complaint in itself. But if you feel that something other than the normal lash cycle may be behind it, or if you have other issues that you associate with the product, you are of course warmly welcome to register a complaint via My Pages, and we will look further into the matter together with you 💕 Have a lovely day 🌞

Completely okay but expensive
It is completely okay, worked well the first few months but after a while it stopped having an effect and made no difference. Sometimes I get redness on the lash line when I use the product.
