How to Use:

Should be used on dry skin. Take a pad from the jar and run it over the skin in circular motions with the "rough" side. Then flip your pad and quickly run it over the skin with the soft side. Be careful not to get toner in your eyes. Once your toner is absorbed, continue to the next step in your skincare routine.
