The EYEBROW SILK PERFECTION BALM redefines eyebrow styling. The colorless balm lifts, shapes and holds every brow hair in position – for a long-lasting, defined eyebrow look. Specially selected active ingredients leave hairs exceptionally silky and nourished, while also creating a perfectly set look without any stickiness or residue.

Use:
Apply a small amount of the EYEBROW SILK PERFECTION BALM to the SILK PERFECTION BRUSH and brush through the brows, starting at the front, using upward strokes. Be sure to always brush in the desired direction while fixing the brows in place. The balm can be used on both damp and dry brows.
