    Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin that occurs naturally in various foods. Better You Vitamin K2 contains 100 µg of vitamin K2 in the form of menaquinone-7 (MK-7), a form frequently used in dietary supplements.

    The formula is supplemented with MCT powder from coconut (70% MCT fat) and blueberry extract 4:1, produced from the equivalent of 400 mg of dried blueberries. The combination has been developed with the fact that vitamin K is fat-soluble and is best taken with a meal in mind.
