  I want refund

  I returned this product 2 times already and now i wold like a refund as the machines dont work proprly, the quqlity is not like the original product. I had worked with Wahl in the past, is noting as the product you sent me. I returned the product almost 2 weeks ago and i have no response from you yet. I want a refund, i dont want to swap with another set!

  Return the product

  What do i have to do to return the machine i ordered.? It's not working properly, the small machine doesn't charge and doesn't make proper contact while cutting.

  1. Log on to your user-account
  2. Click on MINA SIDOR
  3. Then select Orderhistorik.
  4. Click on the current order number for the goods you wish to return.
  5. Click the REKLAMERA button.
  6. Fill in the quantity of each item you wish to file a complaint about, as well as a description of the problem in the text box below each selected item.
  7. To speed up your complaint process we recommend you to upload a picture of current damage / complaint on the LADDA UPP BILDER button.
  8. Confirm by clicking SKICKA.
