Use:

-Wipe excess product from the mascara brush.
-Brush from roots to tips, wiggling the mascara onto each lash.
-Apply additional coats, as desired.
-Important: Avoid pumping the wand into tube to prevent formula from drying out.

-Apply directly to lash lines for the ultimate precision.
-Apply to lower waterlines/inner rims by pressing the pencil gently against lower waterlines and working across with short, soft strokes until you achieve your desired intensity.
