Use:
After thoroughly cleansing your face, apply toner to clean your skin. Mix water and powder in a 1:1 ratio, then apply the mixture as a pack on your face, avoiding the eye area. Leave it on for 1-2 minutes. After 15-20 minutes, remove the pack and either wipe it off with a cotton pad or rinse lightly with water.
