Sad about the update
I liked it before it was updated, I have fungal acne (Malassezia folliculitis) and it started to feel better when I began using it. But I looked at the new ingredients in the updated version and there are several that "feed the fungus" and can make it worse. Piroctone Olamine, which is good at fighting the fungus, is also not in the new updated version.
