Does its job!
A really nice lip pencil that has a lot of pigment and long-lasting wear on the lips. The pencil is medium soft, which makes application easy and the wear longer. Very easy to blend out on the lips to avoid sharp edges. Use:
First, pull cap straight off when removing (don’t twist). For extra precision, sharpen before each use. Line and sculpt the lips to create desired shape before applying lipstick. Use a shade that is slightly deeper than your lipstick for a fuller-looking effect.
PRO TIPS:
For a natural effect, use a shade that is closest to your shade of lipstick.
For a contoured effect, use a shade that is 2-3 shades deeper than your lipstick.
Fill in the entire lip for natural, matte lip color.
Fill in the entire lip to create a base for your lipstick.
Apply in the center of the lip and blend out with a brush for an ombré effect.
