The product delivers what it promises
Gentle cleanser! I usually donβt use cleanser in the morning because Iβve heard it can dry out the bodyβs natural oils, and that itβs better to preserve them. But then I won this and thought "what the hell" I have to try it, and I like it! Itβs mild and doesnβt dry out the face, but it also doesnβt make the skin oily. Now when I say itβs mild, I mean it doesnβt sting in wounds or around the eyes, gives a feeling of cleanliness but at the same time doesnβt dry out, however, it has a pretty strong smell that I still want to warn about. Think Tea Tree Oil and quite strong of that scent. So, if you are very sensitive to scents, this might not be for you. But overall, a great morning cleanser! Will I buy it again with my student budget? No, I will prioritize other things and stop using cleanser in the morning again, but I wouldnβt mind having it in my skincare routine and will use it until itβs gone - which I think will take time because it requires very little in damp palms to wash the whole face! Just avoid getting it directly in your eyes as tea tree oil and BHA can sting. It works if you want a single cleanser, as long as you donβt use much eye makeup, because then you will need a separate one or a cleanser that is better at removing makeup. New standard cleanser for me (combination skin/pores)
I've been using this for a couple of months now and it will be my new standard cleanser. I especially noticed a difference when I didn't use it for a few days and then resumed my routine. I quickly get blackheads, which then also quickly "leave" when I'm good at regularly washing off makeup. It gets a little minus because it has a strong scent of Tea tree oil that can also feel a bit strong on sensitive areas.
