Over expectation!
I have read in several places that it absolutely does not suit oily skin or combination oily skin as it is so greasy. And I bought it anyway and have been a bit skeptical to try it because it "is just so greasy". I don't know if those people have tested the same cream as I have, but it is absolutely fantastic for my skin, which is oily and prone to clogged pores, but also very sensitive and reactive (rosacea and easily gets eczema). Richer creams tend to make my rosacea flare up significantly, but even though this one is a bit richer in consistency, my rosacea does not react. The consistency is a bit "slimy", like snail slime products but in cream form. The cream glides on the skin without any problems and melts in and plumps up the skin, and no sticky film is left behind. The skin feels well hydrated, calm, and soft. The skin does not get oily and the "finish" is more satin/matte. How the product feels after it has sunk in is very reminiscent of Jorgorbé Balancing complex moisturizer. What is so great about this cream is that I can control a bit how well it hydrates. In the evening, I take a richer layer, and during the day a thinner one. Makeup sits really nicely over the cream! I have nothing to complain about! The jar feels luxurious with a nice dark brown color. Fragrance-free, smells like nothing specific. Super nice cream
Very nice face cream that I apply in a thick layer like a mask. Super nice to massage the face with in the evening with facial water :) I have dry skin, might need something more for even more moisture or fat, but as I said, very good cream. Magic in a Jar
I have combination and very sensitive skin. In the fall and winter, I get drier and easily experience itching. I became curious about this one since many creams are too weak for me during this time of year. But this one is absolutely lovely for my skin. As a day cream, a very small amount is enough, which I spread in a thin layer. There’s no greasy or sticky feeling, the cream absorbs nicely, and my skin feels very soft and truly hydrated. As a night cream, you just need to take a larger amount and apply a thicker layer. The cream feels very economical, I bought the small jar and it should last me a while. Brutally honest review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "My skin has gone on vacation, and I got to tag along!" At first, I thought it was just a cream, but no… this is apparently liquid love in a jar. I started slathering it on, and suddenly I felt my skin start to sing little joy songs (or was it just me hallucinating?). The scent? Like little centella flowers formed a boy band and are dancing around my face. The consistency? Thick enough to feel luxurious, but not so thick that you start planning your life around it. It absorbs faster than you can say “probio-cica,” and leaves behind skin that is softer than a newborn bunny. And the result… I think my mirror is trying to flirt with me. Redness? Gone. Dryness? Gone, gone, gone. I suspect this is 90% cream and 10% magic. Summary: If you want to feel rich without having to sell your kidneys, get this creamy little Madagascar hero. this series' toner is AMAZING, but this cream just didn't suit my skin (dry & sensitive). it took a really long time for the cream to absorb, and the texture didn't feel nearly as nourishing as I thought it would. Rich but not heavy
I was a bit worried whether this product will be too heavy for my oily skin but it was a pleasant surprise to find it lightweight yet moisturising. My skin is very sensitive and I needed a cream to repair my skin barrier but not clog my pores or make my already oily skin even oilier. This cream delivered. It's a hot, humid summer but I don't find my skin to be excessively sticky after using it, it absorbs well, leaving a hydrated, fresh feel and natural glow. I'm not sure how it would work for very dry skin but I think everyone from slightly dry to oily could get along with it.
