    A bit too much pressure

I have tested Watercloud's Instant Heat Protection spray for a few weeks. The product itself is quite okay, but it pulls down a bit too much how non-functional the spray bottle is. The packaging is nice and sleek, which we like about Watercloud. The product smells light and good, and the consistency is light and not sticky. The hair is easy to style. What pulls down a bit too much is that the spray is way too hard. It is heavy for the hand to use, and the spray is way too hard and concentrated, making it very clumsy to distribute evenly in the hair. In addition, I simply get tired in my hands. My hair is medium-length, Nordic fine, which needs a lot of help to not become frizzy and damaged, especially now in winter. And what I like about the product is that it has good ingredients and properties that both protect and add shine. My hair became soft and nice and held the styling. But unfortunately, this will not be the first one I reach for in the bathroom cabinet as it is quite heavy to use. It's a shame, because the potential is there. #lykoinflutester #waterclouds

    Love her

I’ve been testing this SilkyAir Flex 5-in-1 for a few weeks and I’m impressed. First, the packaging, I have one in pink, and it fits so perfectly with my aesthetic. It comes in a lovely pink case with a handle and plenty of space for all the parts, very organized and super easy to pack back up without having to stuff things in. My hair is a bit longer than shoulder-length and very Nordic with fine hair strands. There’s quite a lot of hair on my head, which makes blow-drying and styling a lengthy affair. But being able to style and dry at the same time is just perfect for me. It’s easy to use, without having to read a ton of instructions, and especially great that you can click it at an angle. The oval brush is absolutely gorgeous for a good blowout or just to straighten the hair. The air wrap curling function requires you to have your tongue a bit straight in your mouth when it comes to choosing the right direction and getting the right technique, but you get the hang of it quickly. It’s gentler on my hair than a straightener or curling iron, and even though it gets hot, I don’t have to worry about burning myself. The only challenge I had was that I had to take much less hair at a time for it to manage, than I would have with a curling iron, but the volume speaks volumes. All in all, very satisfied, and both my daughter and I will be avid users of this going forward. #lykoinflutester #silkn

    Doesn't stand out

I have tested Redken's Acidic Bonding Concentrate leave-in treatment. This is a leave-in conditioner that is supposed to repair damaged and colored hair. Overall, it is a good product, but it doesn't stand out from other similar products. The packaging is nice and easy to use. The conditioner has a light creamy consistency and is very economical to use. It has a nice slightly fruity scent. I apply a small amount to towel-dried hair and style as usual. What I like about this is that it doesn't weigh the hair down, but tames frizz and gives shiny hair without looking greasy. The hair feels healthy and strong and is soft and easy to comb through. My hair is fine and Nordic and has some wear and tear after a lot of coloring and bleaching, so good conditioner products are essential for my hair, especially now that it's cold. This definitely does the job, and I really like that it also has heat-protective properties. That said, I don't feel that this stands out from other similar products, and it's possible to find equally good products at a more reasonable price. #lykoinflutester #redken

    My hair loves

Headon continues to impress with this leave-in conditioner that I've been testing for a while. My hair is fine and Nordic, and ironically, it doesn't handle fall and winter well. It quickly becomes dry, damaged, and static from the cold weather and all the clothes and hats. This leave-in balm brings my hair back to life. I distribute one pump in towel-dried hair and let it air dry. The waves come out more, the hair looks and feels healthy and shiny, and it's easier to work with. This feeling lasts all the way until the next wash. That it has heat-protective properties is a big plus. The packaging is sleek, and the product is very economical to use, so you get a lot for your money here. This will be a good friend for my hair through the winter. #lykoreview #headon

    Love!

I’ve tested headon’s Dry Shampoo and I’ve found a new favorite. My hair is typically fine Nordic hair that can quickly look dirty. But I’m a lazy girl, and a cold girl, so washing my hair more than twice a week, now in the cold months, just doesn’t happen. This dry shampoo delivers on its promises. I apply it at the roots, let it sit for a bit, lightly massage with my fingertips, and brush it out. Remember, you need less than you think. The bottle is simple and nice, and the spray function is easy and user-friendly, distributing the product evenly. The result is hair that truly looks and feels freshly washed. Often I find that dry shampoo makes hair look a bit clean but still feels gross, but not with this one. It melts into the hair and becomes invisible, and the hair feels freshly washed when you run your fingers through it. A tip is to apply it to freshly washed hair to prevent it from getting greasy, then it lasts longer. #lykoreview #headon

    So Much Hold

I have tested this dry shaping heat protectant spray from Headon. I use little to no heat styling on my hair daily, except for my bangs, they need to go through, so a good heat protectant is alpha omega for me. I love that this is «dry» and dries quickly so I can use it on the days I don’t wash my hair. I’m a «lazy-hair-girlie», so this is perfect for that. It’s easy to use and distribute. The result is a hairstyle that lasts for several days. The only thing I would take off for this is that my hair gets a bit stiff. I brush it out after styling with a straightener, but if you don’t want to do that, it gets a bit stiff. And the scent isn’t really to my taste. But all in all, a good product. #lykoreview #headon

    Good product

I have tested the Headon volume spray for a few weeks. My hair is typically fine, Nordic, with a bit of waves. I have a lot of hair, but little volume as my hair strands are fine and light. I tested this both as instructed by spraying on damp hair and blow-drying, and by just air-drying. Both methods give very good results. The hair gets a real lift. The next day I can freshen it up by tousling the roots with my fingers. The hair feels fresh. Practical packaging with a pump bottle makes it easy to distribute, and a very mild scent that doesn't overpower. Absolutely satisfied with this for my and hair and it has become a staple in my hair routine. #lykoinflutester #headon

Super conditioner for dry and damaged hair

I have tested this conditioner for a few weeks and am very satisfied. At first, I experienced it as a pretty ordinary conditioner, but after several uses, I noticed a clear difference in my hair. I have Nordic, fine hair that easily gets worn, frizzy, and damaged from coloring, and this conditioner has worked wonders. It promises to provide deep moisture, care, combat frizz, and add shine – and it delivers on all points. Especially after detox shampoo, it feels extra good, as I let it sit for a while before rinsing out. After several weeks, my hair is noticeably stronger, healthier, with less frizz and more shine. The consistency is reminiscent of a light moisturizer, the scent is mild and pleasant, and the packaging is both stylish and practical. Good size for a reasonable price – this is a super conditioner for dry and damaged hair. #lykoinflutester #waterclouds
