    Surprisingly good scent

    My husband tests, I write. He has now used up half a bottle of Rituals Homme Hair & Beard Oil and he is very satisfied. He really likes the scent. I agree with him. It is fresh, yet masculine. Rituals really nailed it here. He says the oil is pleasant for the skin, and the beard becomes soft and easy to shape. The design is good and the pump dispenses the right amount.     Good conditioner - a bit boring scent

    My husband tests products for men, and I write. After using Rituals shampoo and conditioner for beard for a few weeks, he can say that he quite likes it. He points out that the conditioner is very good and made the beard soft and easier to comb. He also had no skin reactions. The scent could be better, he thinks. Not because it’s bad, but other similar products smell better. I agree. This scent is very similar to the scent most men’s products have: forest. I think men are starting to get tired of it and want more variety. The price is good since it’s economical. The bottle has a well-functioning pump. It has a good design.     My husband has decided to grow a beard, so going forward he will try to find products that suit him. So he tests, and I write. First up is Nõberu of Sweden, a relatively new brand (2016) with products aimed at men who want to "smell something other than pine needles." The products are also not "sold with scantily clad women in the ads." The founders have a hairdressing background and want to create products for men who don't necessarily feel at home in a typical macho culture. My husband told me he liked the product and gave it 4 stars. But he pointed out that he hadn't tried many beard and face washes before, so he deducted one star because he thought there were probably better products on the market. He liked the scent, had no skin reactions, and felt that the beard became soft. I also thought it smelled good, but the scent did not last. The scent is definitely unisex, but it leans clearly towards the more masculine. He said the soap lathered well and was easy to use. My husband recommends this product and will continue to test Nõberu's range. #beard #menscare #nõberu

      Good that you also write a bit about men's stuff, most of us probably buy presents. However, my husband would never grow a beard, he knows that my face can't tolerate kisses when he's hairy without the skin around the mouth breaking. Especially the chin flakes easily.
