Great value for money!
I’ve been lucky enough to test a straightener from Lyko’s own brand. The straightener promises quick heating, has an on/off button, and automatic shut-off after 30 minutes. I’ve tried many straighteners over the last 20 years, and in recent years I’ve used the Steampod from L’Oréal and a straightener from GHD. So I have high demands and expectations for what a straightener should do for my hair. My own hair is typically Nordic, with waves/fall in the hair. The straightener comes in a cute pink box, and the straightener itself is also light pink. It has a cord that adjusts depending on how you hold the straightener, which makes it easier to curl your hair with it. It heats up quickly and has a nice panel where you set the desired temperature. It’s light in the hand, and I easily get beach waves and more defined curls in my hair without the straightener leaving “notches” in the hair. The curls last a long time with the right temperature setting for my hair, and I’m simply very impressed with the product you get for the price. So, here you get so much for your money that it’s almost ridiculous. If you buy now during the campaign, you get it for 300 kr! Run and buy if you need a light and simple straightener on a budget and have Nordic hair type! This has now been with me on vacation in Greece for a week and has worked perfectly! Plus it takes up little space in the luggage. Recommended! 🌸 #lykoinflutester #bylyko1 product in post Great value for money!116 views - The post was made 2 weeksRating: 4 out of 5Verifierad testare
Good product at a good price
I have been lucky enough to test products from Lyko, this time a straightener and Beat The Heat Heat Protection. Beat the Heat is a heat-protective spray that is supposed to counteract frizz, add shine, and give light volume. It can also work as a leave-in conditioner spray. The product comes in a spray bottle that doses well in the hair. The spray smells sweet but is not strong in intensity. The hair becomes soft and manageable after use. I don’t experience any volume effect but really like the feeling in the hair after use. I have also tried it as a leave-in conditioner spray, and it delivers on its promise there as well. I really like the product and think you get a lot for a fantastic price. Recommended for most, if you want soft and manageable hair to style. I think it will suit most hair types! #lykoinflutester #bylyko1 product in post Good product at a good price239 views - The post was made 3 monthsRating: 5 out of 5Verifierad testare
Great products for mom and baby
My youngest child and I have had the chance to test the Gentle Care Baby kit from Estelle & Thild. In a lovely toiletry bag, you get a soft hairbrush, washcloth, cleansing soap, and body oil. The body oil can be used by both mom and baby, and I think it’s great to use on a growing belly for mom. We have used the soap to wash face, hands, and feet morning and evening. It is mild, fragrance-free, and long-lasting. The hairbrush is incredibly soft and comfortable. I believe most small children will accept being brushed with this. I think the washcloth is perfect when bathing the baby; it’s large and can be dipped in warm water and placed over the baby’s belly so he stays nice and warm during the bath. My youngest child has a bit of dry skin, especially on the arms. He had some bumps and was scratching them a bit. We have used the oil on the arms for 1.5 weeks now and notice good improvement. The bumps have decreased, and the skin is softer and probably itches less. A new favorite and a regular part of our morning/evening routine. All in all, this must be the perfect baby shower or mom-to-be gift to give! A very nice and practical gift with good and gentle products. Good product at a good price
I have had the pleasure of testing the PHA 5% Exfoliating Lip Serum for 2-3 weeks. The product promises to exfoliate and provide moisture after use. The product is supposed to give shine to the lips and exfoliate so they look smoother. The product has a friendly price and comes in a practical glass bottle with a dropper. The product is lightly oily in texture but feels pleasant and moisturizing during use. A slightly sour taste, but completely unproblematic for me. I find that the product fulfills the promises they describe and is very easy to use. This has become a new favorite, and I will definitely buy a new one when I run out! So easy to use compared to sugar scrubs and similar products that you have to wash off after use. You apply this in the evening, and you don’t need to think about it again until the next morning. The lips become soft, and I experience no dryness or irritation. Highly recommended! #lykoinflutester #theordinary1 product in post Good product at a good price65 views - The post was made 3 monthsRating: 4 out of 5Verifierad testare
Lots of Moisture
I have been testing the Natural Moisturizing Factors + Phytoceramides now for 2-3 weeks. The product promises moisture all day, strengthens the skin barrier, and is suitable for sensitive skin. It is said to be especially good for combination and oily skin types, due to its lightweight gel consistency. I have a combination skin type, with an oily T-zone. I have previously struggled to find face creams that work during the day, as they often make me oily and shiny. In recent years, I have found one that I swear by, so I wondered if this one could compete with it. I first tried it as a face cream in the morning, as the product promises to provide moisture all day. The product has a gel texture as described, and provides a lot of moisture upon application. You also get quite a bit of shine in the skin from the product upon application. (You can see that in my last picture) I felt I became a bit too shiny for my liking, and I think I got oily quickly. Therefore, I didn’t like using it during the day, as I felt my makeup and face became very oily. I then switched to using it for my evening routine, and liked it better there. It provides a lot of moisture and has an incredibly nice price that will suit most. My skin feels nice the day after application, and provides as promised a lot of moisture! I think those with dry skin will also like this cream, and those who want a lot of shine in their face. #lykoinflutester #theordinary1 product in post Lots of Moisture55 views - The post was made 3 monthsRating: 3 out of 5Verifierad testare
Totally okay
I have now tried Volufiline* 92% + Pal-Isoleucine 1% for 2-3 weeks. I have previously used several products from The Ordinary, and have several favorites from them. I always have the red peeling from them in the bathroom cabinet among other things. The product promises to plump the skin, especially in lines around and under the eyes, nostrils, and lines on the forehead. I have seen that the product has been trending a bit on TikTok, and was very curious about what it could do for me. I am now 33 years old, and after 2 children and weight gain/weight loss after pregnancies, I have gotten some lines on my face, and a little puffiness under my eyes. Totally normal considering my age, and nothing that bothers me. But it would be nice to find something that could easily help me feel a bit fresher, especially in the morning when this shows the most. The product is lightly oily in texture, and I feel it absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving a greasy film. I find that positive. I don't feel any discomfort/tingling, but maybe others with more sensitive skin might feel something? I have let the product absorb well before applying face cream and makeup. However, I don't think I see any significant results, other than a tiny bit. I don't have large lines and puffiness, so maybe those with bigger issues around this experience a greater effect from the product than I do? Anyway, the product has a very nice price compared to similar products from other brands, which is positive. It's very exciting to test such products, as the results are very individual. The product is not bad, I find it to be average based on my experience. Thanks to Lyko for the exciting product! #lykoinflutester #theordinary1 product in post Totally okay361 views - The post was made 7 monthsRating: 4 out of 5verified customer
Good series
I have been tasked by Lyko to give a review on Redken's Acidic Bonding Concentrate Leave In Treatment. Lucky for me, this is a product I have already used on and off since it was launched, so I have had plenty of time to form some opinions about the product. A bit about my hair: - nordic hair type - natural waves/fall in the hair - color-treated - exposed to a lot of heat tool usage - long, and prone to split ends The product comes in a handy squeeze tube, so you get the desired amount without wasting product. Has the same scent as the rest of the Acidic Bonding series, a bit tangy. Light lotion consistency, and easy to distribute in the hair. I would recommend sectioning the hair so you get optimal effect. The product promises to repair the hair from the cuticle to the cortex, ultimate repair and intense care. Important to note that you should ideally use the entire series with shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask in addition to the leave in treatment to get the full effect Redken refers to in their ads. I feel the hair becomes stronger and more resilient, but you have to use it consistently and over a longer period. I don't quite like the feeling in the hair after use. I find that it becomes a bit "dull" so I use a hair oil over it at the end once the product has had time to work, so that the hair feels smooth after use. All in all, a good treatment if you want stronger hair, you just have to be consistent and patient in the use. #lykoinflutester #redken1 product in post Good series1287 views - The post was made 9 monthsRating: 4 out of 5verified customer
Good
I have been so lucky to test 3 products from Redken's Acidic Bonding Concentrate series over a 3-week period. I have used this series before, with shampoo and conditioner, as well as the leave-in cream. This was shortly after it came to the US market, so nice to have a refresh! A little about my hair: - Nordic, fine hair strands but a lot of hair. - long and naturally wavy - slightly damaged ends and wear due to bleaching (highlights) - little volume on top without help from styling products I have used the product about every other evening, after using shampoo from the same product series. The product is a bit slow to come out of the bottle, as it has a thicker consistency. Smells similar to the shampoo, citrus/acidy. I recommend leaving it in the hair for at least 3 minutes, preferably longer. The hair is soft and clean after use, and easy to handle with styling tools. I like the conditioner better than the shampoo, as it provides decent moisture to my ends. However, I think many with hair like mine want more moisture for the ends, so I recommend using a styling cream or oil after washing. Thanks to Lyko for letting me test products from Redken again! 🥰 #LYKOINFLUTESTER #REDKEN1 product in post Good468 views - The post was made 9 monthsRating: 4 out of 5verified customer
Great mask!
I have been so lucky to test 3 products from Redken's Acidic Bonding Concentrate line over a 3-week period. I have used this line before, back with the shampoo and conditioner, as well as the leave-in cream. This was shortly after it hit the US market, so nice to have a refresh! A bit about my hair: - Nordic, fine hair strands but a lot of hair. - long and naturally wavy - slightly damaged ends and wear due to bleaching (highlights) - little volume on top without help from styling products I actually have this mask standing in the shower permanently, it’s quick and easy to use, and effective. It comes in a practical squeeze tube, where you have to use a bit of force to get enough product out. Same scent as the rest of the line, though a bit milder. The product is creamy and easy to distribute in the hair, leaving it more manageable and soft. I recommend leaving it in the hair as long as possible, I think I get even better results that way. This is my favorite product from the line! I believe it will suit most hair types, unsure about those who are sensitive as I know some have reacted to the line. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #REDKEN1 product in post Great mask!585 views - The post was made 9 monthsRating: 3 out of 5verified customer

A bit about my hair: - Nordic, fine hair strands but a lot of hair. - long and naturally wavy - slightly damaged ends and wear due to bleaching (highlights) - little volume on top without the help of styling products I have used the product about every other day during this period, with two rounds of shampoo each wash. The shampoo has a slight citrus scent, but not unpleasant. I find that it lathers well in the hair, and that it feels clean after washing. However, I do feel that my hair gets "greasy" faster between washes with this line, which is not surprising since there is a lot of intense moisture in the product. The product line is supposed to make the hair stronger, provide more moisture, and strengthen the hair, and whether it does that in the long run, I am unsure, as I think one must test the product over a longer period to see results. However, I feel that where the hair has no damage, it is shinier and looks healthier, but that the damaged ends need more care with this line to not become very dry. It’s not my favorite shampoo, but it’s not bad either. A middle-of-the-road shampoo that I will use up, but I will use it together with another shampoo I have. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #REDKEN1 product in post Totally okay500 views
