Pretty okay hair mask
I received 3 products from #kevinmurphy to test as #lykoinlfutester 🤩 A bit about my hair: I have fine hair strands typical of Nordic hair, with some curls and frizz here and there, a bit dry in the lengths. I was really excited about this hair treatment! I think the bottle looks really nice, I liked that it’s a pump bottle. This is supposed to provide moisture and tame frizz. On the first use, I thought it worked really well! Thick in consistency and I immediately think that this provides a lot of care! It was very nice to apply, smelled just okay, and was easy to rinse out. I felt that my hair got good care and was easy to comb and style afterwards. But the next day, my hair was completely greasy and flat.. 😫 I thought maybe I had used too much or hadn’t rinsed it out well, but this happened every time I used it.. It seems like it’s unfortunately way too heavy for my hair. Received 3 #kevinmurphy products for testing for #lykoinflutester 😁 I have fine Nordic hair with a tendency for slight curls and a bit of dryness at the ends. Nice packaging and practical since the opening is right at the bottom of the bottle, so the product comes out easier. The conditioner also smells very strange, just like the shampoo, a bit like chemicals I think 😐 Unfortunately, I had to stop using the products as I got a very dry scalp with itching and pimples 😐 Unfortunately, I didn't feel the conditioner did anything for me, I had to use leave-in care after washing as my hair was completely dry and strange.1 product in post Not for me53 views - The post was made 2 weeksRating: 1 out of 5
Not for me
Received 3 #kevinmurphy products for testing for #lykoinlfutester 😁 I have fine Nordic hair with a tendency to a bit of curls. This is a shampoo to preserve the color of the hair and is supposed to provide nourishment and moisture. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks of testing, I had to stop using the products as I suddenly got very dry and itchy scalp plus pimples 🫢 I always use conditioner after shampoo and received the conditioner in this series as well. But I had to use a lot of leave-in care in my hair after washing because it didn't feel like my hair got any nourishment at all. It was completely dry and weird after washing 😐 The shampoo smells very strange, a bit like chemicals I think. I find the packaging practical as the opening is at the bottom, so everything comes out much easier. Glitter glam! ✨
I was so lucky to receive 3 products from #nars to test as #lykoinlfutester 😍 First of all, glitter glitter and more glitter!! ✨ I think they can see this from outer space 🤭 The packaging, super nice! The product, super nice! Pretty color!
I was so lucky to receive 3 products from #nars to test as #lykoinflutester 😍 This blush was in stick form and I have never tried that before! I always only use powder blush, so it was exciting to try something new 🤩 I love the packaging for starters! Both the box it came in and the stick itself are super nice! 😍 The color is very pretty and has a bit of shimmer in it ✨ I first tried this using a beauty blender since I don’t have a brush for such products, but I felt I had to use quite a bit since it didn’t give much product off right away. I also tried using just the stick to apply directly to my cheek, but it pulled off my foundation. Maybe it’s best to warm it up in your hand and then use a brush or beauty blender. I only used it as a blush, but this can also be used as eyeshadow and actually a lipstick too! Okay, but too dry for my skin
I was so lucky to receive 3 products from #nars to test as #lykoinflutester 😍 I am really bad at using makeup as I haven't found any products that do what my skin needs, so I was very excited here 🤭 I have very problematic skin, large pores, a lot of dry areas but also oily, blemished skin and scars.. I need something that covers but doesn't settle into the pores so it looks uneven and dry. And also that doesn't make me get more blemished skin than I have, and I feel that is very difficult 🫤 Unfortunately, this concealer didn't work for my skin even though it seemed very good! When I first tested it on my hand, it felt very soft and good, but I noticed that it quickly became too dry and visible on my skin. I tried with both brush and sponge, but neither made the product any better. It didn't cover very well either, and I tried to build it up with more product, but still the redness etc. was visible through it.. I always do my skincare routine before I put on makeup, so I have both moisturizer etc. on my skin. I also had a pore minimizer on, but still the concealer didn't do much for me. Looked okay from a distance, but up close you could see that the product settled in the pores, and throughout the day I saw that the product had settled into all the lines. Super styling brush!
I was so lucky to receive this Magix style brush pro 38mm from #bjornaxen to test as #lykoinflutester 🥳 I first thought it was one of those hot air brushes and understood nothing when I turned it on 😅 (Not good at reading the manual 🥴) I was very positively surprised by this! It was easy to use, like a curling iron but with a brush that prevents tangling and you don’t need to have a separate brush and curling iron while using it! All in one 😍 Can create both curls, volume, and straight hair depending on what you want 😁 I have quite thin and fine Nordic hair with some curls in the back and frizz in the bangs, so I should style it to look decent, and with this, I get soft and smooth hair 😍 I think it has been best to use right after blow-drying 🤩 With this and a bit of hold spray (which I use on wet hair before I blow-dry it), the hair holds quite well! 😍 It has 2 different heat settings and I have used it on number 1 the whole time. Heat Protectant
Was so lucky to receive this heat protectant spray from #bjornaxen to test as #lykoinflutester 😍 Think the bottle is really pretty and smells really good! I’m not a huge fan of pump bottles when it comes to heat protectants, but this one was totally okay! I have quite thin and fine Nordic hair with a lot of frizz and a few curls that need a bit of styling and help, so on my hair I have to spray this in wet hair. Tried it in dry hair but then I had to either wait for it to dry or blow-dry my hair before I could use a flat iron or heat brush, but it got pretty sticky and weird when I did it that way, so it didn’t work for me. The plus side is that it protects up to 220 degrees and has a very nice price. I am so lucky to have received this cream from #larocheposay to test as #lykoinflutester 😍 Unfortunately (or not) this is not the first time I have tested this as I have actually been using it for many years now! This is my go-to favorite face cream, especially in the summer 😍 I think it is really good for the skin and I feel it heals a bit of damaged skin like scars etc. And after a few hours in the sun, I think this is absolutely fantastic to have on as I feel it calms the skin 🥰 Can use this generally all over the body, but I have used it mostly on my face, chest, and shoulders ☺️ The only thing with this is that it can appear a bit white when you apply it, so you have to work a bit with it to get it well into the skin. I have combination skin and don’t feel it clogs anything in the skin and pores! I have also used this to mix in a bit of foundation, and if you blend it well, you get a little coverage, and I thought that was really nice 😁 Also comes in two sizes which I think are just perfect! I was so lucky to receive this product from #cosrx to test as #lykoinflutester 🥰 I don’t usually have puffiness under my eyes and I don’t struggle with dark circles (yet), but I appreciate a little pick-me-up in the morning or after a long day 🤩 I’ve always kept my eye patches in the fridge because then I get a little boost in the morning, and I think that’s sooooo nice 😎 So I did that with these as well, and it didn’t disappoint! For me, I thought they were good, provided moisture and cooled down nicely, quite similar to other brands I’ve tried before ☺️ What I liked best about them was that they were pink 💕😂 There was also a ‘spoon’ included that you can use to pick each one up, and I thought that was a plus! 😍 I thought the price was a bit steep compared to others I’ve bought, otherwise a good product ☺️1 product in post Lovely1897 views
