I didn't really think anything could calm an otherwise very sensitive skin like this. Otherwise sensitive to many products. I have periodic issues with eczema, perioral dermatitis, and rashes during stress, in winter, etc. I use this daily, morning and night. As a soothing facial toner, on a pad for cleansing in the morning or I dab it on an affected area.
