My husband's absolute favorite
A simple and straightforward face cream that smells wonderfully fresh and like the forest. My husband has problem-free and robust skin and so far has not needed any other skincare than cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen. He has been using Bulldog's products for years. The tube has a neutral design and a flip cap that lasts until the tube is empty. The price is very reasonable. Bulldog Skincare is a British company, established in 2005. Oh! What a fantastic product!
I'll say it right away - if it weren't for the price, I would give it five stars. The product was part of the By Lyko Lovables inspo-kit - and I will therefore never be able to afford to buy it myself. I am 49 years old and have mature and sensitive skin. A couple of years ago, I stopped using creams and serums containing niacinamide - because I reacted to them. But not this one. The serum feels incredibly nice on - almost cooling. It soothes the skin. It makes it smooth and hydrated. And it smells heavenly! The design is beautiful. At the same time, it is a Scandinavian product. Developed by two Norwegian doctors and produced in Denmark. The company uses their customers - ordinary people - in advertisements for the product. Not professional models. I have tested several products from Dr. Ankerstjerne and all are fascinatingly good. There is nothing to dislike here, but everything to like. If you can afford it, invest in a full skincare routine from Dr. Ankerstjerne. Because these are products that actually make a visible difference.1 product in post Oh! No purpose for me
I have never used eye cream. It's a combination of the fact that I probably don't need it – I have no issues around the eye area. No dry skin, no puffiness, and the wrinkles are okay. And I have the idea that face cream should work for the eye area too? I could be wrong. Maybe I'll see the benefit later in life. So it's a bit wrong of me to give a review of a product I don't see a use for. But read others' experiences where they have seen good effects. I think the design is a bit boring, and the price very high. Not suitable for mature skin
I am 49 years old – so mature skin. This mask did nothing for me. But if I give 3 stars, it can still be 5 stars for you. Because it’s not a bad brand. Cool Derma is a Swedish brand, produced in Sweden, for many different skin types. From eczema to menopausal skin. For me, it was too runny, especially as a night mask. At my age, I need a THICK cream and a THICK night mask. That’s the only way I get my skin plumped enough to minimize wrinkles and for the skin to feel good. I think the design is boring, but many prefer a more neutral expression. The products are sold at pharmacies in Sweden and the idea behind it is probably to appear serious, and that this is skincare developed by skincare professionals. Because that’s Cool Derma. The scent is discreet and smells good. I think the mask is overpriced, but since this is not a big international brand, the price probably can’t be pushed down much. Cool Derma’s mask probably suits younger people who don’t have very dry skin much better. This is a safe purchase. It just doesn’t suit me. Pretty okay, a bit boring
Cool Derma's Gel Cleanser is pretty okay. Neither more nor less. I read up a bit on the brand, and it is a brand that offers many different products for many different skin types. From sensitive skin, skin with eczema to products for us in menopause. The factory is located in Sweden, and those who have read my many previous reviews know I like locally sourced products. For me, who has mature, sensitive, and a bit dry skin, it didn’t quite fit. Maybe the skin felt a bit tight? But I had no reactions, and it takes little to trigger me. So I would claim the product is safe for sensitive skin. I’m also not so fond of perfumed facial cleansers, but all in all, it smells good and not too much. I also think the price is a bit high, but the tube is generous. This will last you a long time. In the years I’ve been lucky enough to be a Lyko influencer tester, I’ve probably become a bit picky, and it takes a lot to impress me. But I can say this facial cleanser is a safe choice. No one will regret going for Cool Derma's Gel Cleanser. I was afraid it was sold out!
Since I forgot that the inspo kit was released. Luckily, it wasn’t sold out. For me, this is the kit I have liked the very, very most. I rarely buy By Lyko Lovables if I don’t need at least 90% of the contents. Here it was a perfect hit! I know most of the brands from before – I know they are of good quality (I have been an influencer tester for years) and I need them. I have red hair and very fair skin, and I can never get enough sunscreen. But here I also get, among many other things – lotion, UV protection for the hair, and mist. This was an awesome kit LYKO. I look forward to getting the package in the mail. Exciting inspo kit
But I am skeptical about the perfume from Nõberu. Is it a men's perfume, even though it is marketed as unisex? I hope to find it in the city I live in (which doesn't have a LYKO store) so I can test it before I possibly buy this kit. My favorite
This brow gel delivers on its promises. The product is lightweight, yet it keeps the brows in place all day. The brush might be a bit large, but it's not hard to find the right technique anyway. The color leans a bit towards gold, but that suits me well since I have copper-red hair. I really like the design. No effect
I have tested some cheaper variants of hair masks than my regular, somewhat more expensive one, and this one unfortunately fell short for me. It didn't really do anything at all. Not even with a generous amount and leaving it in my hair for a good while. I have typical Nordic hair, which is a bit dry in the winter. The design is okay and it smells good. The product is easy to distribute and feels nice. And it's cheap. But as a mask, conditioner, or leave-in, it didn't work for me.1 product in post No effect492 views
