I have been looking for budget-friendly products for hair and body to have in my swim bag. It’s really annoying to forget some more expensive products. They can stay at home. So for hair care, the choice fell on Lyko's own products. My hair consists of lots of fine hair strands, it is bone dry after menopause and it is untreated. And static in the winter. Especially on the top of my head as I usually wear a high ponytail and have broken my hair a bit. Lyko's leave-in does the job well enough. It’s probably a bit heavy for my hair and feels a bit greasy. But I expected that. There are few leave-ins that fit perfectly for my hair. The hair also becomes big and fluffy after blow-drying, but that doesn’t matter as it’s under the hat and out in the minus degrees after swimming. The most important thing is that it protects the hair from weather and wind. The scent reminds me of products bought at the pharmacy. Not particularly good, but not ugly either. It’s not a strong and overpowering scent, but still not for those who are sensitive to perfume. For me, it’s a thrifty product as my hair is terribly thin. This makes the product very cheap. It’s also very easy to distribute. The cream has a good consistency. I have used the product for a couple of months and do not feel that it has damaged my hair in any way. The design is not lacking in anything. The cap is secure and doesn’t leak in the bag. The tube also has nice colors. This is not a leave-in for the typical thin Nordic hair, but for those with thicker hair, this is just as good as the more expensive variants.1 product in post Acceptable91 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. As #lykoinflutester I got to test two products from #cosrx, something I was looking forward to as it’s always fun to take a closer look at trending products. I am almost 49 years old, have light Nordic, dry and sensitive skin. It takes very little before I react to facial products. I tolerated this product well. But it gave me very little otherwise. No moisture, no good scent, no feeling of well-being or a nice design to look at. I wouldn’t discourage anyone from trying the product as it is so mild. Even though it wasn’t for my mature skin, it might suit a younger person better.1 product in post Overrated241 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 weekHey Wibeke ⭐ Thank you so much for sharing your honest experience with this 🤍 It's very helpful to hear how the product works on mature, dry, and sensitive skin – especially when you usually react easily to new products. It's great that your skin tolerated the essence well, even though it's a shame that you didn't experience any moisture, scent, or effect that suited your needs. Snail essences can be a bit light in consistency, and they often work better for younger skin or for those who want a mild and simple moisture boost in their routine. We really appreciate that you still give the product a fair assessment and recommend it to other skin types. Thanks again for a clear, balanced, and helpful review – such feedback means a lot 💛 Have a lovely day ahead!

I was very excited when I, as #lykoinflutester, received an email saying I would be testing two products from #cosrx This is a brand that has had quite a bit of hype around it, just like Korean skincare. But I was very disappointed. I am almost 49 years old and have entered menopause, and my skin is dry and has become very sensitive. I have red hair and very fair skin. I applied the product well and had no reaction. But it left a sticky film that didn’t absorb and didn’t provide moisture either. Not even in combination with the moisturizing serum from the same brand. I thought the scent reminded me of glue. Not directly ugly, but also not a type of scent I expect from a wellness product. I also don’t like jars, as the product gets exposed to dust particles and bacteria. I find using a spatula cumbersome. The product has a boring and somewhat cheap design. But the product is mild and nice, and I would absolutely not discourage anyone from trying it. I think it suits younger skin better and also works well as a primer.1 product in post Overrated145 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 weekHey Wibeke ⭐ Thank you so much for a thorough and honest review of this🙏✨ It's incredibly useful when testers share such detailed experiences, especially since skin type, age, and sensitivity can greatly affect the experience of such products. That you didn't get enough moisture and experienced a sticky film is completely understandable — snail products can vary a lot in how they are absorbed, and they often work best for normal/combination skin or younger skin types that need repair more than deep moisture. The scent and consistency are also something that many have mixed opinions about, so it's very valuable that you describe this specifically. And yes, jar packaging is not for everyone, especially when one prefers more hygienic solutions. At the same time, it's great to hear that your skin tolerated the product well, and that you could still see who it might suit better. Such nuanced reviews help others incredibly much! 💛 Thank you again for sharing your experience — we really appreciate it! Have a great day ahead!

A bit disappointing
I really like Emma S. products, and as #lykoinflutester I was looking forward to trying this cream. But I was a bit disappointed. I have quite dry and sensitive skin, and I need a lot of moisture. I didn’t experience that this cream provided me with. It also sat on my skin like a slightly sticky layer, and it didn’t feel pleasant. It also has quite a strong scent, and I didn’t like the scent either. The design is pretty and matches Emma S.'s other products. The tube is functional, and the cap is easy to screw on and off. Even though the cream doesn’t suit me, I wouldn’t discourage anyone from trying it. #emmas1 product in post A bit disappointing153 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Be a little cautious if you have sensitive skin
I was a bit skeptical when I, as #lykoinflutester, was going to test a peel, something I actually have never tolerated. But Emma S. is one of my favorite brands, so I was looking forward to giving it a try. I have light Nordic skin and red hair, so I have sensitive skin, and it has become extremely sensitive after menopause. This peel was supposed to sit for one minute and then be washed off. A little tingling and redness was to be expected. But for me, it became pain. My skin reacted with burning, itching, and blisters. And after two hours, it became directly painful, and I had to rinse again and again with ice-cold water. The burning didn't go away until after two days. So do a small test on a small area first to see if you can tolerate it. I give the product four stars, where I only deduct one, because the product is good even though I can't tolerate it. The consistency is nice and easy to spread. I really like the scent. Those who don't like perfume might want to be a little cautious. It's not strong, and it smells clean. The design is pretty and fits well with Emma S.'s other products. The tube is functional, and the cap is easy to screw on and off. The tube doesn't leak, and it can easily be taken in a bag. The price is acceptable as I can't imagine this is a product one should use often. It seems very effective. Even though this product doesn't suit me, I have no problems recommending it. Just be a little careful if you have sensitive skin. #emmas1 product in post Be a little cautious if you have sensitive skin160 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Doesn't Disappoint
Emma S. is one of my absolute favorite brands, and I was really looking forward to testing new products from the brand like #lykoinflutester for several years now. I am in menopause, and my skin went from oily to dry overnight, so I need more moisture now than before. And Emma S. delivered. I tested the product morning and night, and my skin stayed hydrated all day and overnight. The makeup also stays nicely in place. I think the design is pretty and delicate, and it matches Emma S.'s other products. I like the little sentence each product has on the packaging. It adds that little extra touch. The cap is easy to screw on and off, and even though it's plastic, it feels sturdy. The bottle doesn't leak and can easily be put in a bag. The product might have a bit too much fragrance for those who don't like it or can't tolerate fragrance. Personally, I didn't find the scent suited me completely, but it smells clean and fresh. The product may seem pricey, but the bottle is economical. You don't need many drops to get an effect. I will continue to use the product throughout the winter because I liked it very much. #emmas1 product in post Doesn't Disappoint150 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Perfect calendar for small Christmas gifts
Every year I buy a calendar that I open up and distribute among the four girls in the family. This one was perfect for that this year. I know which scents they like best and that they all like Rituals, so I can give them the opportunity to try new products from their line. The calendar was whole and nice, and the doors were easy to open. It is quite large, but very "Christmassy". I really liked the variety and that there were none of the products for men. That there were four scented candles included was just perfect.1 product in post Perfect calendar for small Christmas gifts43971 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Perfect for me with red hair
I really liked this! I bought it in Apricot Glow and use it together with Lacome Lash Idole Mascara Brown. On my eyelid, I chose the Urban Decay Naked color Dust. I think it created a nice everyday look with a little glow. I have (very) heavy eyelids, so I think it opens up the eyes a bit. I use it over and under the eyelid. The tip is soft and nice, and the color lasts all day.1 product in post Perfect for me with red hair1017 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Better than the much more expensive ones
I bought a more expensive brush some time ago, but now it has ended up in the drawer. Because this one is really good. It feels nice to hold and is easy to clean. It doesn't tug either. I use it on both wet and dry hair. And it feels comfortable against the scalp. I have long, fine, and thin hair with waves and some curls, which tends to get tangled.1 product in post Better than the much more expensive ones2758 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Awesome!
This must be one of the best deodorants on the market? It’s 100% effective, smells good but not intense, and the ball rolls well and is comfortable. Now I’m buying this in bulk, that’s how sure I am that this will be my go-to deodorant moving forward.1 product in post Awesome!425 views
