Eye candy London - black liquid eye liner
Precision eye liner pen with a ultra precise tip. Does not come in brown shade unfortunately. Smudgeproof as long as you get it dry all the way. It does take efforts to erase it with just water! Ingredients not sure if non-comedogenic. Black pigment really deep black and this pen won’t give you a subtle look.
