Use:
Apply a thin layer with a fluffy brush or your finger, all over the area where you want to put your eyeshadow, or apply a thicker layer to create a blank canvas for your eyeshadow design. Make sure that you pat the base in to the lids in thin layers with your flat brush, to make sure that you don’t have an excess of products on your lids. That Base is designed to remain tacky, so that the eyeshadow will grasp to the base and magnify the colour. If you want a subtle color, apply a thin layer of powder on the base before you apply the eyeshadow.
