lasting but colour-changing
I didn't have too many expectations for this eye shadow, so I'm not gutted. However, it really is lighter than the images and descriptions. If you have bought Essence brow cream in brown before, that's the shade. So the initial shade is a light brown with grey undertones. When being blended, a brick colour starts to develop, so the shadow becomes a warm medium brick brown with orange undertones. And that's the colour that stays on: the brick colour instead of the brown colour.
The application is very smooth and the pigmentation is packed. It sets in seconds, so you have to blend fast. I found it better to work on the product as soon as you apply it. So do one eye look at a time.
Generally, the shadow lasted all day with minimal fading and creasing.
