Extremely moisturizing but thick!! 🩷
I've been using this hair mask for a while, as stated in the description, it's recommended for dry, low porosity, and coarse hair (2a-4c). I naturally have 2a/2b but fine/medium thick hair. But I felt that this was still too "thick" for my hair. It was very moisturizing and nourishing. However, it felt like it weighed my hair down a bit! Works great to use as a conditioner. Another downside is that I'm not really fond of the scent. If you have hair that can handle heavy products or with coarser texture, then this is gold! Bought this treatment after all the great reviews and also saw that many mentioned the fantastic scent. My product had a faint coconut scent, but the dominant smell was "the container." I have curly hair, but I prefer to straighten it. It gets dry here and there, and this mask is perfect. My hair becomes very soft and easy to comb through, and the product is very thick so you don't need to use much. Pretty okay
Pretty okay product, but nothing that stands out. I have thick and dry hair that isn't particularly damaged. I think the orange soulfood mask from Amika is better!4556 views
