I have psoriasis on my scalp and I love this! I usually apply a pretty thick layer, then put on a shower cap for a couple of hours, after that it's just to gently peel off, which is much easier than other methods I've tried. The cooling effect is absolutely wonderful when my scalp is irritated, and I don't get nearly as dry afterwards as with other exfoliating treatments I've tested. Moisturizing
This one is like a balm in consistency and smells strongly of menthol. I applied this to both my scalp and hair, and shortly after application, it starts to almost "burn" on the scalp. I don't think it cools but rather "burns". But it's almost hard to determine which, as it feels so intense. I only dared to leave it on for a minute, it doesn't say anything about the processing time anywhere. It was easy to rinse out, my hair became softer and easier to comb.
