    Can it be used alone?

    I got this no.0 as a Christmas gift. My question is, even though it should be used together with no.3, can it have any effect without no.3, or is it just to get rid of it? I will never purchase no.3, hence my question if it can be used in another way or together with something else?

      Hey Marie 👋😊 Olaplex No.0 Intensive Bond Building Hair Treatment is designed to provide the best effect when used with No.3, but it still offers some care and strengthening of the hair even if you use it alone 😊 It prepares the hair and starts repairing the bonds, so you get an extra caring step even without No.3! It can also be used before other masks or leave-in products for extra strength and moisture, but it won't provide as strong a repairing effect as when combined with No.3 🤍✨ All the best!

    Haven't seen any changes yet.

    Using olaplex 0 and 3, hair feels soft but the packaging on 0 is not practical to use, to apply on the hair.

    Effective but poor nozzle

    This really does ramp up the number 3 though of course you can use 3 alone. This however is not a stand alone product. My hair feels stronger with the addition of this to my hair care regimen. I am taking away a star because of the poor sprayer design which wastes some product.

WHAT IT IS:

Olaplex No.0 is a part of the revolutionary 2-step treatment (No.0 and No.3) that strengthens and protects your hair by restoring the disulfide bonds on a whole new level.

How to use:

  1. Apply a generous amount of No.0 to dry hair. Leave on for 10 minutes. Do not rinse.
  2. Follow with No.3, leave on No.0 and No.3 together for 10 minutes more.
  3. Rinse, shampoo, and finish with conditioner. For best results, use No.4 Shampoo and No.5 Conditioner.

WHEN SHOULD YOU USE IT?

Use this 2-step treatment once a week or up to 2-3 times a week for damaged hair.
