It basically holds everything it promises! It is moisturizing, has an anti-frizz effect, makes hair shinier and softer. I find that it is a good heat protectant, however, it does not specify to what degree it protects, which I think is poor. I usually run it at 180 degrees, at this temperature it sprays excellently. I find that it prevents hair from reverting to its natural form in humid weather after styling. I use it after every wash, whether I'm styling my hair or not, just because I like the properties it has and what it does for my hair. It gives results without feeling like you have product in your hair. I like my own natural waves better since I started using this, just because it makes my hair softer, shinier & less frizzy! It says you only need to use it after every 3-4 washes, I haven't evaluated this, but in my ears, it doesn't sound reasonable that all properties would last that long. It is easy & smooth to apply. It has a wide spray that provides good distribution. The content is fragrance-free. The packaging is also practical for getting to all the product so that nothing goes to waste.Translated from swedish

Becomes really shiny and nice! However, with curly hair, I need to go in with a flat iron afterwards to get it sleek and not frizzy at the top of my head, but it becomes so nice and smooth in the lengths! I bought this to avoid the typical vacation hair when it gets humid and warm in the evenings abroad. This didn’t protect against my hair getting big and frizzy from the humidity, but it gave a nice shine when I use it otherwise.
