Hey, I bleached my hair and it turned out like this and damaged. I was wondering if you have any tips on what to use for toning to keep the light but get rid of the orange. Need more emulsion for this, you don't sell them separately here, do you? The ones I find online can choose between 1.9 percent or 4 percent, which one is for this?
